Pros +
- Great location! Quiet, quaint and a 10 minute taxi ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Very friendly and helpful staff!
- I felt safe, and did not worry about the staff or the neighborhood.
- The staff were incredible and the rooms were beautiful.
Cons -
- I was asked to return my room key to the front desk every time I left the hotel. This policy is absurd. I also had to wait for my key to be returned when I came back. Sitting through someone else's check-in to get my key made me furious. B/c I had to pee.
- You could hear kids next door in the morning... other than that, it was perfect.
- Depending on your room, you may hear students pealing in the playground during school hours.

Within 200 feet from a cafe and bakery, hotel is an intimate jewel. Welcomong morning staff is a plus! Her toiletries a nice touch.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us plan our time in the area. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and warm. Bathroom was big and had a tub! Coffee in the room was great too.
No complaints. Great stay!
room noisy
Front desk staff was super friendly
We were given ground level room which we disliked
Comfortable
The location was perfect very easy to walk to all nearby shops, restaurants, etc. Upon arrival I was upgraded to a junior suite. Loved the extra amenities such as slippers and robes. Beautiful decor, a mix of old world and modern. Wonderful staff, so very helpful.
The hotel is amazing, comfortable, clean and very well located. The price is appropriate for what you get. I really appreciate all the small details in the room that make you stay extra comfy like clothes steamer, cream for boots, all necessary bath amenities including the brush. The room itself was enough for two adults and a baby. The breakfast was delicious, so we tried their main course options and were not disappointed! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to get back there the next time we are in Paris!
Cozy, clean and comfortable. Cafe, restaurants and shopping places are close by. Staff are very helpful.
Clean, central , unpretentious and extremely friendly staff
Cleanliness and location
Need for two rooms with little kids below 10.Sound isolation between rooms.Breakfast is very limited
The room, staff, and atmosphere were excellent. Linen was very comfortable, as was the bed. The towels were very nice. The staff were always helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Fresh juices, coffee, made-to-order eggs... and of course, fresh croissants and baguettes every morning. We walked everywhere from the hotel. And there were two amazing patisseries/bakeries around the corner.
On our last day, we had to leave early in the morning at 7am to get to the airport but the breakfast only formally opens at 7:30am.
Quiet location. Large, comfortable bed. Reasonably close to Metro. Only a block away from Luxembourg Gardens. Staff very helpful.
Lift broke down as were leaving- I lugged suitcases down 4 floors!Room was a bit stuffy late at night so opened a window.
Staff were all quite wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and the linens were lovely.
Our particular room was a bit odd shaped (curved wall to accommodate the stairs resulting in a bit of unusable space).Location of one column was almost a dangerous obstacle on the pathway into the bathroom from the main sleeping space. There were 2 of us and we were only issued one key - which complicated a desire for one to go out and explore the neighborhood while roommate remained asleep.
Breakfast was lovely; staff very friendly and helpful; area around the hotel had terrific restaurants. Nice area to walk around even early in the morning. Rooms had heated towel rack which proved to be very convenient for drying clothes washed in the sink. Convenient location close to the Seine and its many museums
this hotel was very clean, very tidy the staff were very kind and helpful.
The location wasn’t the best as we went at Christmas time and nothing was walking distance ( Christmas markets, Eiffel Tower or ice skating rink.
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was so cosy and homely with such friendly staff. The room was gorgeous and in such a fantastic location with lots of great restaurants near by and only a short walk from the Louvre. I’ve stayed in lots of Paris hotels and for the price this one was by far the best and even better then I expected.
Not one thing. :)
Very good breakfast, very friendly staff, very good location. Great coffee & tea amenities in the room.
