    Pros +

    • Great staff, quiet and good location.
    • The staff was exceptional. I had my phone and wallet stolen in the metro, and they went out of their way to help me, printing out maps, waking me up in the morning, etc.
    • The amenities were absolutely amazing, having Aesōp Hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash felt really luxurious. As well as having a Nespresso Machine in the deluxe double room was an amazing addition. The staff is above and beyond. They carter to every need you might have. They are very friendly and helpful. We booked the deluxe double room and couldn’t be happier. It had the perfect size for two people. Everything is super clean and the bathrooms are really nice. Having a 24h reception is also a really nice bonus. The location of the Hotel was the best we’ve ever been to in Paris. The street right in front of the hotel is not very busy so you can get a good nights sleep. There are many nice bistros and brasseries nearby and you won’t find a lot of tourists.Right next to the Hotel is a really nice boulangerie with amazing bread, pastries and coffee. You are right next to the Metro Station Ranelangh, where you can take the 9 directly to the Eiffel Tower, champs elysee and boulevard Hausmann. And it connects you to all the other lines perfectly. Location-wise, it is further away from everything stereotypical Paris and that is really nice.

    Cons -

    • No hooks for towels or clothes - unless you count the ones that were actually in the shower cubicle.
    • Nothing to dislike.
    • Maybe some limited hot breakfast options, fried bacon, scrambled eggs, omelettes?

Not far from Peripherique, and therefore a circa half an hour taxi from CDG airport and handy for most attractions, located in a quiet location from passing traffic too. Encyclopedic Receptionists always most helpful. My double bedroom was spacious and well furnished with good faciities and accessed by lift. Good range of breakfast options well served until 10.00 with courtyard tables oasis for summer weather. Plenty of comfortable meeting, working or waiting for cabs options, while hotel has facility to park up own car and use public transport during stay. Really excellent 'Quarante et Un' cafe/restaurant and patisserie with coffee cornershop nearby. I will certainly be back.

Maybe some limited hot breakfast options, fried bacon, scrambled eggs, omelettes?

The location is superb!! We felt very safe in the hotel and in the area. The bakery on the corner has the best croissants and was a favourite every morning. The decor of the hotel lounge is chic and cool, but still cozy and the lighting is warm and welcoming. A calm place to rest whilst deciding where to go or waiting for a car to pick you up. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always helpful and kind. My favourite part of our stay was Maria and Marianne friendly smiles and exceptional customer service.

The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is great! Safe neighbourhood close to the metro and walk distance to the Eiffel Tower.

Perfect size room, great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Door handle was sharp and the metal cut my hand.

Very friendly and helpful staff, you don’t need to bring body wash, shampoo, conditioner it’s all there and very good quality Aesop , beds were very comfy, blackout curtains, we had a really good nights sleep.and it’s a minute away from the metro

The rooms are very small but I think this is the case in most Paris hotels, the bathroom is tiny and there’s no room to put makeup etc so you have to use the sink as a surface, a mirror in the bedroom above the desk would work better.

We had only one night stay at the hotel & were pleasantly surprised by the amenities - complimentary water on check in, late check out (12 pm!), lovely clean & cozy room with Aesop toiletries, Nespresso coffee, lovely Juliette balcony... There is a boulangerie on the corner and nice coffee a short walk from the hotel, we also walked around the area in the evening and found a lot of nice bistros to have dinner. The room was relatively small but there was enough space for the two of us.

It gets loud in the corridor so pack your earplugs! Also, the shower head didn't attach to the wall which was a bit strange but we managed :)

Close to metro and restaurants. Staff was great and super friendly. When I got to the hotel, they accommodated me quickly.

The room had been recently renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet. There was free coffee in the room and it was very good.

The room and the hotel hallways were very narrow, and the spaces quite small.

Convenient location for OECD. Close to metro and RER trains. Cosy hotel and decoration. Comfy bed. No issues with noise.

Tight room. Quite expensive, although probably on average for Paris...

Location was not the best during the summer as everything is shut.

Édouard was inflexible from the start when requested a room higher up/ in courtyard. We stayed 5 nights and proposed to pay for the upgrade if needs be: not possible; he mentioned safety ?? The hotel looked spookingly empty though. The small bedroom next door was left open some nights ?No coffee machine, no bathrobes, no mini bar working & no drinks in it Towels not replaced when left in bathRoom not cleaned even though we left sign on door handle Very noisy: we were allocated the bedroom right above where the street bins were removed daily plus regular noises past midnight in corridors and even quarrels ???We finally moved the last night of our stay thanks to a different staff whom we thank very much indeed.

Very close to the metro station (less than 1min walk) and on a nice streets with bakeries/bistrots. The reception desk was very kind and helpful and is open 24hr. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked decent!

The decor was a bit outdated and the floor had a black flurry carpet that was very aesthetically unpleasing. No mini bar in our room and no water.

Old school quaint hotel in a lovely neighborhood with great staff

Thin walls and a loud tv next door. Small room even by Paris standards (bigger rooms available but we chose least expensive option)

Good location and staff in the night had a lovely service

    Beds were so unconfortable
