Room disposition and cleanliness

Door of bathroom is needing a lot of space inside bathroom, in order to move to fully open or close it.

The hotel is located behind Gallery Lafayette; excellent location for visiting Paris attractions, Opera House, Moulin Rouge, Louvre.. all walking distances. The hotel has a lift to all floors. The room was clean, with a private bathroom (walk-in shower) and quiet, and I had a relaxing night sleep. The reception desk staff speaks English and are helpful with local information. The hotel doesn't have an all day restaurant but you can get breakfast prepared for you in the morning.Good choice for solo travellers.

The location was great and the room was clean

The room was very small. Very little facilities (no kettle..etc) and what was unusual that i was asked to leave my room key at the reception before going out (for security reasons) which didn't make any sense to me. I refused to do so.

Property location is superb

Hotel is very hot there is no AC in the hotel only ventilators and price is high comparing that there is no AC and they charge for everything including storing baggages and washroom and the room are very tight

I liked location a lot, close to Opera Garnier and Galeries Lafayette. Friendly staff. Nice view from the room.

Breakfast is weird, you need to boil eggs yourself.... Coffee machine has problems and sometimes gives you water instead of coffee. It is not worth that money, we paid. To leave luggage in the a pantry costs 5 euro per bag, it is the 1st time I have ever seen it like this in a the hotel. Usually it is always for free.

Amazing location, right behind the Galerie de Lafayette! The room was tiny, but it had everything I needed, and it was ideal for a short stay.

Nothing really comes to mind; it was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. Perhaps the sound isolation could be improved a bit.

Great location, modern room , friendly stuff

The best thing about this hotel is its location — it’s absolutely perfect! It’s very close to the metro and right next to Galeries Lafayette, with plenty of shops and cafes all around. The room was very clean — towels and bed linen were changed every day. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The biggest downside was the size of the room — it was extremely small, with barely any space to move around. I had to keep my things on the floor. The room didn’t have even basic amenities: no electric kettle, no air conditioning. There was no elevator, and I had to climb to the 5th floor using a very narrow spiral staircase, which was really uncomfortable, especially with luggage.It was also the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have a deposit box in the room, even though it was mentioned on the website.Another major disappointment was the airport transfer. The booking page stated that a free airport transfer was included, but no one came to pick me up. Before my trip, I emailed the hotel four or five times, and they kept saying to contact Booking. Booking.com replied that the hotel should provide the transfer, but the hotel never answered my messages. In the end, I had to take a taxi to get there.

The property was close to the metro, in a good location with good facilities and friendly service. It had everything we needed for our time in Paris.

There were a few stains on the wall but the rooms and bathroom were clean.
