Sure Hotel by Best Western Paris Gare du Nord

Room was exact as shown in webpage. Super clean. Very friendly staff. Steps from metro station

The staff - they were very friendly and helpful.

Location was convenient for getting on the train but the neighborhood felt sketchy. Lots of men on the street. We didn?t have any issues but it felt uneasy.

Let us check-in early. Front desk was always helpful.

Elevator was super small! There were a couple of days that the room was not cleaned.

I don't like this hotel

the neighborhood is scary and we always take taxi to come back at night as we do not feel safe walking around. hotel room is extremely small and there is not security latch to hotel room door. we have a put a chair to the door when we go to sleep

Nice sized room, close to the train station. Great Indian restaurants nearby. Sketchy area walking north.

Minimalist hotel with all that we needed. Excellent location for Gate du Nord. Had an excellent Indian meal in surrounding neighborhood.

Very affordable for Paris

It’s small, but all European hotels are smaller!

Room is small. Excessive noise outside.

Hotel is ok just to spend a night however the area of location is not good! We arrived in the evening and the neighborhood was really bad!

Clean room, spotless!!!

Not cheap at all,but that's OK.

Amazing staff!

O

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Gare du Nord railway station. That part worked.

The area around the station is not the nicest. I felt safe but spent more time in my room rather than wander the local community. The lift to my room was almost comical. It was so small it only took one person and seemed more like a dumb waiter.

Very comfortable room, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Five minute walk from railway station. Although surrounding street could give some people concern I encountered no problem and walked down the street after midnight. Would recommend for a one night or short stay. Value for money.

Clean room

Broken lift. Terrible unsafe feeling location

Happy with the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the provided amenities.

There were some ants in the bathroom and certain parts of the room.

No hot water… we needed to go to the hotel next door to have a shower very inconvenient. No refund offered at all

The hotel was near the metro station

The first impression. It was quite confusing because of the entry. It had two entries. We didn’t knew which entry was the right one. The one working at the Rezeption was kinda rude to was.

Excellent personal service from Andeselam. He is an absolute credit to the Sure hotel and an asset to them.

Lift was too small for luggage.

Clean Room on the courtyard so normally quiet. Nice bed.

Unfortunately I only realized at night time that the toilet water was leaking insidiously so it triggered the water flush into the reservoir. This noise just kept waking me up all night. I couldn't turn off the water tap. It was too hard.

There was a balcony.

The bathroom door was worse than useless, and at multiple points there was no hot water available. The elevator which can supposedly fit three people maybe accommodates one and a backpack. The location was not ideal, and seemed kind of scary at night.
