Pros +

  • Styling, efficiency, cleanliness, location
  • The location is excellent! Kristztina the staff very helpful, made the stay more enjoyable. Just no more toilet paper stock so we bought ourselves as we stayed 3 nights for 4 people. Other than that, it is so good and definitely will book again and recommend to others!
  • The studio was small but clean, modern, and pleasant. It was small but I was by myself, so it didn't matter. The shower was great, I slept great, and I used the little desk. No problems. I was visiting family who live in the 15th arrondissement, but I had a chance to spend some time in the arrondissement and found it really nice. There was no problem with the door codes and checking in or out, which was all done without meeting a single person. All in all, if under similar circumstances, I would stay there again.

Cons -

  • All good
  • Not having to walk up two full flights of stairs with my luggage would have been nicer.
  • One of the fan barely works

The location is very good!!! We found everything we needed inside the studio for a short stay.

There is no air conditioning and the pillows are not very good.

Property was close to a metro station as well as plenty of restaurants and boulangeries. Also an amicale walk away from the Eiffel Tower!

As a solo female traveler, I did not enjoy being at street level with the bed a few feet from the door. The code to enter the Numa section of the building was the same code to enter my room; I felt if anyone saw me enter the property they could also easily enter my room. I think the property is perfect for a well-traveled and confident person or couple, but I discovered I prefer a different sort of stay.

My son lost his shoes and they found them and returned them.

It is very small for 4 adult sized people. Not sure if everything was small in the area. For the price it was great! And I was probably lucky finding it!

Was clean and cute had everything even drink water (not plastic) eco friendly…

it was hot during summer night an air conditioning would be a very good investment . But they had ventilators. But I prefer air conditioning

My friends and I had a really pleasant stay at Numa! The area is lovely and feels very safe, and we were also impressed by the cleanliness and well-equipped rooms. Everything was just right for a comfortable stay! The balcony on my room (3rd floor) were perfectThere are 3 metro stations near the hotel. ?Commerce Station is in a lovely area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. ?Duplex Station is very convenient—it’s super close to the hotel and connects easily to most of the major landmarks in Paris.?Emily station surround by bolangerie & cafe

This property doesn’t have a lift/elevator. It is mentioned on their website, but I missed that detail and didn’t request a lower floor. But, my room on the 3rd floor was lovely.

Location was good, lovely area, and good to have kitchen facilities

staircase inside the building was quite old and needed decorating, no lift was an issue with luggage

Great location, very clean, fairly quiet.

It got hot in the rooms with no fan or AC.

We liked the self checkin, the place, the view, the balcony❤️

The fact that we couldn't do the checkout later then 11 am.

The window in our room was great. The shower and toiletries were was very good. The bed was nice and big and comfortable bedding. The building was very secure and easy to enter. We had 2 rooms booked and was able to check in earlier at least 3 hours early which was amazing.

The tv was wasn’t watchable, If you don’t understand French. It is a smart tv but doesn’t have the software for anything to stream anything. Room 102 toilet is a bit tight for space.

Location is superb, very close to metro and specially Eiffel tower. you can walk like 13-14 mins . Very good with respect to Halal restaurants as well. Prime location. Cousy bed and nice view for an apartment,

in today's time it is not acceptable to have no lift in the building. with a family and 3 suitcases and stroller it was completely a shock to take my luggage to 3rd floor for an apartment. simply not acceptable. the only drawback is that there is no lift in the building.

Good location.

Upon arrival at the scheduled time of 3:00 PM, the staff had just started cleaning the rooms, even though we asked to check in earlier. They cleaned the rooms around 4:00 PM, but the door code didn't work, they fixed the code later.

Comforting design of the apartment.Easy access. Comfortable web-app for registration.Bed was comfortable.

• The apartment that was given to us was on the bottom floor, with a view that has nothing to do with the images. During the night it gave us a sensation of even fear, because the street to which the windows open was dirty. From time to time during the night some people were knocking on our windows. The windows had outer closure panels/doors, but they did not lock completely, hence anyone could open them.• Mornings were loud, each one of them. Forget the rules of no noise until 8, right at 6-7 am. Sunday morning - German loud speech. The hotel provides you with earplugs, but no ear plugs will save you from the slam of the doors, especially if you get this lucky apartment on the bottom floor, through which everyone else in the hotel has to pass in order to exit. • The shower cabin was not properly fixed, I had a moment where I was scared to break it by accident at one point, because the bottom part was not properly attached.• The lights on the ceiling had webs on them.• The lock of the door was broken, I managed to fix it, but if you don’t - might as well just exit through the window.• TV remote does not match the TV, click one button - another action happens. Hence the “Smart TV” turns into a typical basic channels tv.• Utensils and plates are only provided in the copies of 2. In other words - you have to immediately wash them to reuse. But here is the trick - there was no washing soap. No salt, no pepper. No basics whatsoever.• To all of this, the stuff has refused to provide a replacement of the apartment, saying that the hotel was overbook. Interestingly enough, it was still possible to reserve a room in their hotel for the same dates and we have seen people leaving with suitcases on the next morning, so we doubt it was actually the case, that there were no other spots. Simply the stuff does not want to put an effort to provide some comforting ambience for their customers.

Excellent location. We have stayed in the building before when it was owned by another company, and on 2 previous visits we have been very happy with the apartments and facilities.

Since take over by NUMA YAYS facilities offered have been seriously depleted. Our apartment was supposed to be have facilities for self catering for up to 4 people. This was not the case - only the most basic facilities for cooking and dining for 2 people were included. We asked for additional plates, bowls, cutlery etc as well as 2 extra chairs. We were promised that this would be delivered the day we we arrived or the the next day, but it never happened (we arrived Friday and stayed for 6 nights). I asked for the status on the delivery several times over the next days, and was promised that this wouuld happen every time. But this did not happen. Al together very unsatisfactory.
