It was down a dark alleyway and we arrived late at night.

Very small room with poor/so small sized window. No space around a bed. Charged three person's city tax for two guest. Around 9am, I am eating breakfast, when I came in the room, cleaner was working in room, it was scared and bothered for me

Proximity to the central of the city, walk away from Gare du Nord, quiet street (no noise at night). Great value for the money that they offer. Very nice, warm and helpful staff. Great for a weekend getaway if you are spending most of the time outdoors.

The bathroom is a glass-walled and doored and took a bit time to get used to.

Property was in a nice location and staff member Ahmed was extremely kind and gave great reccomendations on places to eat! Definitely will be staying there again!

Friendly staff at front desk (Ahmed, Julius, Nazla) and breakfast area (Rony). Great customer focus and very supportive to requests. This is our 4th time in Paris and the hotel is a great place to stay while visiting the city.

We liked the location of the hotel, not too far from the sacre coeur or galeries de la fayette. Staff were very friendly. View from the room was pretty nice.

The room was a lot smaller than the photos portrayed. We also booked two separate beds but got one shared bed. The room was also not very clean, not disgusting but not spotless. There were hairs in certain areas and stains on the wall. There was no iron for your clothes and the shower was not great.

The room is clean and in good condition, but it’s small, and the overall experience is disappointing.

The hotel is significantly overpriced for a property with a Booking.com rating of 8.3, which feels misleading. The place is simply not worth the price being charged. The Black Friday “discount” marketed as a drop from roughly 700€ to 400€ for two nights also comes across as a classic deceptive marketing tactic rather than a genuine offer.

Customer service, attention to details and friendly staff at front desk (Ahmed, Gulio, Laura) and in the Cafe (Ronny). Keep it up! Room clean and comfortable. Hotel is at walking distance from metro station, convenience stores and restaurants.

Convenience to downtown

The weird smell in the room. It smelled like dirty wet towels or like a dirty mop was used to clean the floors. The stench stayed through the 2 nights I was there.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The beds were clean on arrival and comfy and the hotel was in a great location for access to the train station and close to some really nice restaurants.

The room was on the small side and the bathroom/bedroom was separated by a sliding translucent window rather than a solid door.

The hotel is in a lively and nice area close to the Gare du Nord (walking distance) and it is easy to find nice restaurants and cafés. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff helpful.

QUIET AND CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR TRAVELLERS ON EUROSTAR.....

The bathroom was poorly planned .........with the toilet opposite a glass stained door .The sink was partly obstructed by a stupid holder for the hair dryer. Which made it difficult to use the facility comfortably.
