Hotel Regence Paris

It’s location.

No AC. Room was unbearably hot. Bugs were coming out of the floorboards that were coming up and had been poorly glued down. Fridge was not cold at all. Shower tub combo was dirty.

Staff was anti americans. No A/C. Small bathroom. Had to turn in key every time we exited. No comp coffee unless you made it yourself. I don't think anyone on your staff ever visited this hotel.

Location is good for local traveling

Worst experience ever. Hotel room is very tiny and very congested for 2 people. There is no fan in the room. Staff is good but manager is very rude. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. I think so it¿s 1 star hotel only. Very bad experience

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

. Do not take any of the drinks and food that stocked in the refrigerator! They give you a list of the items and the prices when you get there. I had 3 waters, 1 bag of chips and 1 candy for $42.10. The hair dryer was useless. I

Staff were very accommodating with all requests and ability to speak enough English to help make the trip easier.

Website needs updating pertaining to services such as Shuttle to/from airport, breakfast not included and but overall good.

The staff was my favorite part of the hotel. Very helpful and wanted you to enjoy the experience!

My room was pretty small and the breakfast could've been better in my opinion

No Air Conditioning, Breakfast was not included, Bad Location-made Uber more costly. Staff was not very helpful or friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Size, breakfast was not included like advertised, could not accommodate my family, did not provide shuttle service like guaranteed, wifi was terrible.

The staff had excellent recommendations for nearby eats. Our window overlooked a charming street. The reception area was very inviting.

The lighting in the hallways could easily leave you in the dark.

No towel in room, room smell was bad, no light in hallway

Room that was showed in the pictures is not the room we stayed in. Room is smaller than usual and furniture is really old.

The accommodation was not up to standard. room and bathroom was too small. Bed was uncomfortable. decor of the room was from the 20th century. lift was small and dated.
