    Pros +

    • The hotel is situated in a very central area, close to Louvre museum. A lot of perfume shops are near the hotel, good bakeries and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is basic. We went there in November and the room was very warm and cosy, well heated room.
    • Great location for this nice hotel. Good sized room with comfortable bed. The trip was made special by the excellent, friendly, and efficient service provided by Mael. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.
    • Very good staff. Perfect location. Small restrooms, but can’t complain.

    Cons -

    • There is a bit of noise from the street at night. There is a kindergarten/school near the hotel and we could hear the kids screaming outside.
    • Got a room on the street side. It was noisy on Friday night, so had to keep window closed and use ear plugs. It was difficult to regulate the heat.
    • Small shower

•Warm and friendly welcome — I arrived late at night and was instantly made to feel at home, which was very welcome after a long day of traveling. Special thanks to Serge for such a lovely reception.•Good value for money: not the cheapest, but definitely not expensive either, and in my opinion worth the price.•Cosy atmosphere that makes the hotel feel charming rather than generic.•Room was spotless, well maintained, and very quiet.•Bed was comfortable.•Fantastic location for exploring the city: perfectly situated between Opéra Garnier and Rivoli, within walking distance of the Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries.•Convenient public transportation options for getting to the airports (Roissybus, metro/RER).

•The room was on the smaller side and a bit outdated, but these were very minor points that didn’t affect the comfort of the stay.

Excellent location and most of all really amazing staff members. They helped in every possible scenario.Super safe, always looking after belongings, always someone at the front desk, just really really nice.

I would say that the hotel needs a bit of renovation, but for that price and location this would be unfair to say.

Everything was fine, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was very warm and clean.

Perfect location. Also Eric was very helpful and he gave us great tips.

The room was different from the one we booked. It was small and very basic.

The location is in the heart of Paris off of the rue Saint Honore. It's a two star hotel, so expect that. But we stayed in the top room which is okay. It was cheaper than other hotels and convenient. The hotel staff are super friendly. Well worth it if you're planning on just having a place to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently situated in one of the best streets in Paris. It's simple and clean.

was booked as emergency when last eurostar was cancelled , beds were comfortable enough , bathroom clean

    cant really complain

The location was fantastic and the hotel was comfortable. And the staff was helpful. With just a few blocks to reach Jardin de Tuileries and the river it was easy to walk nearly anywhere i wanted to go (or metro stops also nearby).

My room was on the top floor and the elevator doesn't go that high. Would have been good to know in advance that was what i was booking (and I might have chosen a different room type). But this was only an issue for my luggage and the hotel helped me with it!

Location and good water pressure in the shower.

Dirty, small, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No tissue paper anywhere in the room or even the hotel. No secure space to leave your luggage, anybody can walk in and grab a suitcase because they are left out in the open, near the door, so if the staff isn’t at the counter, as was often the case, they can easily vanish. I’m French so I’m used to tiny hotel rooms but this was on another level, if you want to open your suitcase you need to put it on the bed. Toilet seat that destroys your back. Staff member told us over the phone (we called to say we would arrive later than planned) that they wished they weren’t there and that if they had the choice, they would let no guest in the hotel after midnight (totally unnecessary comment…). The staff member repeated that when we arrived while they were eating a meal that stunk up the whole reception area. We were tired and asked where we could get a quick beer and the staff member mentioned it was disrespectful to drink as there were many Muslim people around that could be offended…. I’m French / Egyptian myself, and have lived in Paris in the past, and have never heard this rubbish before….. Fire alarm that goes off randomly at 6:00am…. We were only there two nights but the list is long!

very friendly staff overall, excellent location, street reasonably quiet, room not too small, equipped with small desk

extremely small shower, not enough water in it, mosquitoes in the room, only sugary breakfast, some rooms are difficult to access with a suitcase

    7SorayaVPosted on: 10-14-2025

Location is the best! the price is reasonable and the room on the 6th floor has a very good view, you have to climb stairs 1 floor though coz the elevator reaches only to the 5th floor, but the room and the view is worth it.

    8LisandraPosted on: 10-13-2025

Very centrally located. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are small but have everything you will need and are very clean.

Tight stairs, difficult for elderly people.

    showers a bit small

The location was excellent. Close to the Louvre between 2 metro stations

    8FrankPosted on: 10-5-2025

Location was good, very central to food and attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s was unfortunate that there mosquitos and the windows did not have fly screens.

Location was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and accommodating.

Very friendly, responsible, and welcoming staff — they make you feel safe and seen. The bathroom is very clean and equipped with new appliances. The room and bathroom are small, but that’s expected in older buildings in the city center, so it was totally fine. The hotel is well cared for and has a nice atmosphere. Great value for money and wonderful people — I’ll definitely stay again.

The only downside for me was the bedding. I personally didn’t find the pillows and duvets comfortable — the pillows were too high and large, and the duvets too warm. Of course, this is just a matter of personal preference.
