The staff was outstanding and the neighborhood safe and courteous.

Lack of reasonably placed electrical outlets in room. None in bath, others near floor. None in bathroom near mirror..

Great location for our itinerary. Large bathroom.

Extremely small room. Loud outside till early morning

Twice (in 5 days) my room was left unlocked after housekeeping came in. Nothing was taken, but this made me very uncomfortable.

The location is perfect and beautiful. The people in reception are wonderful.

Not clean enough. The sheets and comforter were stained and the towels were rough.

The hotel was within walking distance of Notre Dame and it was easy to get around. Staff was very helpful in offering advice when we had questions

Excellent location: Minutes from Siene River, Notre Dame Cathedral, and various restaurants and coffee shops that are open until late night.Wonderful staff: Friendly and helpful. The manager personally gave me a walkthrough of a few available rooms to choose from based on my request as we were staying with two kids. The front desk staff helped with booking a private cab to CDG airport. I would highly recommend that if you need a transportation. Their price was comparable to Uber prices and you get big car or van with reputed drivers.Reception, lobby, rooms: Very nicely decorated and cozy reception with sofas, chair. It is well lit and very welcoming. The rooms were very neat and clean.

Small rooms but it is common in old Paris. We were 2 adults and 2 kids so we booked 2 rooms. They don’t have connecting rooms.

Staff approach

The room is really small , the sink places in the room because bathroom is also tiny ,you can not easily walking around of bed.

I never imagined my first trip to Paris I would be sick with the flu. The room was spacious and the fresh air from the private balcony was perfect. There was a kettle and an amazing shower. The bed was comfortable.

Was a bit far from many of the sites but also very close to some lovely sites and in a beautiful neighborhood.

We loved the location near all the restaurants and a short walk to our bus tour stop. Lots of shopping and things to do close by.

Great location but be sure you ask about the room size!

One of the rooms was very small with thin walls and a bathroom that was tiny with no fan. However it has a great view and a balcony for 2. The second room was much larger and with a large bathroom and 2 full windows.

Great location, really nice staff. Our room (107) had a nice view of a little side street .

Our room was very small (107) and near the road, so there was quite a bit of road noise.

The room is just big enough for two persons. (as was the elevator). We found the room to be very clean and the cleaning staff to be friendly and kind.It was cold in the room when we arrived but when we mentioned it to the person at the reception, they took immediate action to connect the air conditioner. There was coffee and small pastries available at reception all day and the reception area was large with comfortable furniture. All in all, a nice hotel located close to a metro that goes directly to our train station (Gare l'Est).

Nothing to complain. We did not try the onsite breakfast since we enjoyed going to the nearby pastry shops for fresh croissants.

The room was too hot for sleeping and opening the window was too noisy.
