    Pros +

    • The location was good.
    • Personalized attention. Wasnt sure of the neighborhood before arriving, but I came to love its lively, bohemian, convenient. it's a 2 minute walk to the Metro and some wonderful shops, restaurants, and seafood and meal take away.
    • There was a very very kind man, he was Italian and knew how to speak Spanish and English.

    Cons -

    • Beside the location there was nothing else positive I could say I booked double bed all we got was two single beds pushed together mattress was super hard we felt like sleeping on the floor! The bar was straight underneath us so we couldn't even open wind
    • The cleaning lady, she was so so rude. She just knew French.
    • Room was bit too small, bathroom sink has almost no space to wash face.No water cooker was in the room, which required to ask staffs several times and their response was not really friendly for giving hot water!

Pleasantly surprised with my stay here. Given it's a two-star hotel and the rates were really good, I was pleasantly surprised by the really kind staff, good Wi-Fi and how comfortable the beds were. Super handy to be able to leave our luggage at the front desk on the final day.

The central heating was on throughout our two-night stay and did make the room a bit stuffy but easily solved by opening the windows. The noise from outside didn't bother me as I sleep with earphones in anyways and we were there during the week.

Located right by Moulin Rouge, large room and bathroom, breakfast was offered and nice to have every morning. For a private room in Paris, it felt like great value for money!

The doors lock late at night and if someone isn’t at the desk, we had to call and wait a while for someone to let us in.

I liked the location. The staff were nice.Good for a budget option. I liked that we left the key at reception so there was no danger of losing it.

No kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. You had to pay for that at breakfast time.Lots of stairs. Lift only starts from above the first floor. Wifi was unstable.

The location was great, next to Sacre Coeur, good restaurants and the life of Montmartre. The staff was always polite and helpful and the room was always warm.

I liked the location and the staff was very friendly. I also liked that it was warm in the room, comfortable pillows.

It was very noisy outside till late at night, because all around are cafes and bars, like 1_2 AM and also inside from early morning like 6 AM, so I could not sleep well. The walls are very tiny and everything happens like in your room.

Great area , staff helpful, lot of stairs , I felt bit worried about carrying heavy suitcase up and they happily carried them for k vjvm

    8PaulPosted on: 11-18-2025

Breakfast acceptable, coffee machine ok, could have provided some fruit/yogurt and a better choice of cereal Otherwise it was value for money

The stairs should have sensor lights, stairs is steep and you have to search for the light switch

Close to all my needs, nice breakfast at a good price

The room needed a basic makeover, it looked like it was back in the 1960’s. There’s no lift from the ground floor which made it difficult with heavy suitcases. There was an old telephone ripped out of the wall which was left under the side table and had no use.

Fantastic, Warm welcoming staff on the desk. Always friendly, calm and considerate. Despite business of street we felt secure and peaceful. The low cost breakfast straightforward and just right to set us up for the morning. Many thanks. If you need a hot drink just ask at the desk...Internet access worked fine each time and rooms and beds very clean and comfortable.

A kettle n a couple of cups in our room would have been welcome.

Clean and friendly, and good location

Very noisy place, when from the 6th floor, one can hear talking in the streets until past 5am. Cafe below and 2 other cafes close by make it a very noisy place, so even with earplugs, difficult to get to sleep! The windows need to be triple glazed!

    9SandraPosted on: 10-14-2025

Great location.Frirndly staff, easy 24hr access, perfect room size for a four night stay.Very clean bathroom and fresh towels daily Yes this is s noisy location, but it is also vibrant, interesting and you feel part of things here.Shut the windows and use ear plugs if necessary or better still stay out late and be part of it!Well connected with Metro and we did loads of exploring on foot.Simple but excellent value breakfast is recommended. We covered a lot of areas in Paris during our stay and we were really happy with our choice of base for our break and hotel.Very highly recommended for the price.

    See above regarding noise.

    8MaksPosted on: 10-10-2025

The hotel is located in a clean and silent the Opera District. There are a lot of restaraunts and supermarkets. The metro station 5 minutes on foot from the hotel. Pleasent and polite staff.

You must return a room key always when you come out from the hotel and to take it when you return to the hotel. The room was a little bit small, but still comfortable.

    6NeilPosted on: 9-28-2025

Location was good for easy walk to Montmartre

Very noisy area as the hotel is at the confluence of several streets and in the evening you can hear the constant hum of streetlife from inside your room.
