Hotel Gerando

Cleanliness, staff all friendly, location, room had all amenities needed.

Room is a bit small and basic but aligned with cost.

What a delightful little hotel! Very clean, decor was cute, the staff were all WONDERFUL, the location is great - close to everything but on a quiet street.

There was a good sized stain on the carpet (looked like coffee), and the pillows are a bit flat. Neither a big problem, however.

The staff is amazing!!! Breakfast was included. This hotel is walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Easy walking to Sacre Coeur was fun to see at night. Fairly easy 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord.

They are remodeling so we couldn't open our curtains as workers were outside on the scaffolding right outside our window throughout the day every day. Room was dark as a result. There's very little room to move around the bed/luggage.

Location. I liked the person on the front desk when we first arrived. Very friendly and professional and gave us water. The next person, was rude and would not provide any information. The hotel was completely under construction.

The hotel was completely under construction. All Windows were blocked. This place was overpriced. We paid over $--- per night. The rooms are so small, it barely fits the luggage. I would hope they refund me the money for both rooms I rented

We didn’t like the hotel at all .

Very dirty , the blanket is very old and stinky the bed was crying I think it was broken very small. What you see in the picture it’s not like that at all.

Staff were sullen and unfriendly.

It was perfectly located to get to the metro. The farthest metro station was only a 10 walk away. The neighborhood is really pretty and has delicious boulangeries nearby. The coffee shop at the corner has one of the best coffees I've ever tasted.

Our room was located in one of the last floors of the hotel. The wi-fi connection therein was disastrous. We told the guy at the desk office and he rudely assured us the reception was great in all the hotel. The cable didn't work properly as well.

The location was great and the staff was friendly and present when we were coming and going from the hotel.

The room was small, but more than that was very outdated. The carpeting needs to be replaced and the wall paper was peeling off the walls. I was a little concerned we would have bed bugs based on the cleanliness of the mattresses, but we didn't.

No fridge or microwave in room. TV was in French. Staff were not very friendly and maybe cause of language barriers they sounded rude and not really willing to help at some point.

Great location. Safe. Clean. Elevator. View from some of the rooms out to the street.

Room had a musty wet odor. Some rooms face inner courtyard and are much darker. Showers are extra small.

I found the location to be adequate, and the staff to be excellent.

The elevator was out, and I had to walk up 6 floors to get to my room.

Excellent location. Cute and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location to the metro was great. The staff was amazing, really helped! We were greeted with candy and waters in our room. Also a special note.

Once you got out of the metro, you were hounded by people standing there, a bit scary. The bathroom was a bit dirty. but overall was still great!

Very helpful staff. everything was clean and organized. I was traveling with my mom and they offered us a room on ground floor while there were few steps to the elevator.The location was very close to opera, sacre cour and gallery Lafayette

Nothing was really bad. Although the street was not so clean and gave us a bit of a bad feeling on entering but that was not the hotel’s fault also the room and bathroom were small but still acceptable.

The location was excellent The rooms were clean and nice.

The elevator and stairs were a bit treacherous for anyone with special needs or mobility issues.
