    Pros +

    • The location, the breakfast, the staff
    • Customer service was great! Room was the most spacious we had our entire trip to France (we requested a privilege double). Location was superb- very close to both Metro and RER stops. Great neighborhood with very good restaurants.
    • Everyone was very friendly, and the spa was so relaxing after lots of walking around Paris

    Cons -

    • Small rooms
    • What I didn’t like about the property was that I had a bathroom that had no shower. It was a tub with a showerhead so that when I stood up, I had to hold the shower nozzle with my hand and couldn’t really wash my hair properly. I also got water all over the bathroom, which I felt bad about.
    • The breakfast place was at the basement floor. But I understand many other hotels are the same in Paris.

This property is in the perfect location. The rooms are all unique and different. Some have been remodeled some maybe could use a little remodeling but all in all it felt so comfortable. The staff was really amazing. It was awesome to have the hammam, especially because in the winter it was nice to warm up! All in all, I was very pleased with this place and would recommend people to stay there.

It’s situated in a quiet but convenient part of Paris so was easy to go to many of tourist places by walking or using Metro. There are good cafes and restaurants that (I actually went) around as well. Although it is an old small boutique hotel, the renovation was done nicely the room was very comfortable. They have AC installed so it was nice to stay in a very hot summer day. Staff including the hotel manager were very attentive and helpful in trying to keep what I left at the hotel. I choose to have the breakfast there and was very pleased to have spreads of fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits, cold cuts, cheese as I usually have bigger breakfast than the French style.

The breakfast place was at the basement floor. But I understand many other hotels are the same in Paris.

Room was great much bigger than we were expecting we loved that it was decorated in a French style, the hotel is close to Notre Dame and restaurants, Latin Quarter, book stores beautiful places to eat and walk.

    Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast

Air conditioning was broken. We opened windows but it was very noisy.

Overall, a decent location (though it’s important to understand that it’s on the edge of the nicer areas). The room is clean, with good bed linen. High floor and a beautiful view. The hotel has an old-fashioned style.

The hotel constantly sprays air freshener — it smells awful. It’s impossible to ride in the elevator. I firmly told them in advance not to spray anything in my room (the smell was there right when I checked in). But the hallways are unbearable. I don’t understand why they do that.A lot of old furniture and equipment. The shower was clogged and leaking.

    No pool

    the location was good

the ac in our room didn’t work for 3 out of 4 nights and we told the staff repeatedly starting on the first night . So we had to leave the balcony door open to get some air, which made my allergies worse and we could hear all the street noise. Plus the shower had good water pressure but the drain didn’t work so a quick shower flooded the bathroom.

Friendly staff, very clean, and a very nice chess board made the hotel a great spot for us! So many close restaurants and places to go!

It was in a spot where it is a bit inconvenient to arrive.

Staff were amazing! The rooms were small which is in line with most European hotels but there was a nice balcony to look out on. The breakfast was ok but otherwise everything else on site was amazing. Great location!

I thought breakfast buffet options were only okay - that would be my recommendation to improve.

    Very small rooms.

The room was lovely, the staff was excellent and the location was great. Out took was very quiet despite being in the busy Latin quarter.

    Loved everything about it.

Cleanliness, Spa, comfy bed, kindness and helpfulness of staff! Availability of toiletries

No outlet in bathroom but was given a cord to use that helped tremendously! Allow us to buy one glass of wine at bar!

    7GregPosted on: 5-15-2025

The hotel is in a good location (10 min walk to a metro station), the breakfast was good and the strong wifi signal

The staff was rude at check in, the lady at the desk acted annoyed that we arrived at 2 pm after a long travel and rudely told us that the room is not ready without even checking in it. We booked a room with a sitting area but got a triple room for some reason, which was completely different from what we booked.

Professional and friendly staff. Central location. Excellent facilities and decor. Highly recommend.
