Staff, location, service

size of the room was smaller than portrayed in the picture. Other than that, everything was great.

The complete staff was very welcoming and helpful. Every question was answered quickly and every service provided with a smile. Highly recommend for location. We were just around the corner from the Arch de triompe and waking distance to Eiffel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was very good. It is in a safe area within easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc.

I find it somewhat hard to justify the price compared to what you can get in the same area. The rooms were somewhat dated to be honest.

The lift was broken so had to walk 6 flight of stairs but had to change rooms due to accessibility

I actually love everything, location, room and the staff everything was amazing.

The room was spacious and clean. There were rituals products in the shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and the Arc de Triomph. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect! The rooms considered small and the toilet size are good! Definitely an option to stay again as the location and cleanness is good for a hotel in centre of Paris

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and close to the train station and just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for everyone in the family. There were also several great restaurants nearby, which made dining easy. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

The elevator was tiny and often busy, which made getting up and down a bit slow at times. Complimentary water bottles in the room would have been a nice touch. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

The lift is quite small and can only accommodate very few people, so multiple trips are usually required.

On the last night, someone broke into our room and forced open the safe, stealing our belongings including new shoes, sunglasses, and my very expensive Rolex watch. When we requested to review the security camera footage, the hotel staff refused and told us to report the incident to the police instead.A deeply disappointing and unsafe experience our valuables were stolen and the hotel offered no support.
