Area was cool and in walking distance to the Louvre. Comfy bed.

Dirty!!! The furniture was all scratched and scraped not taken care of. The bed runner was dirty as well as the sofa and carpet. The bathroom tiles were broken and falling off. The smell of the room and hotel was stuffy. The hotel hallway was dirty.

Everything was as expected

Rooms and hallways are a little narrow as most other Paris hotels. Carpets in hallways looked dirty.

The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. The rooms were amazing!

The hotel is located in an excellent and very safe area. There are countless places nearby for food, coffee, and bakeries, and many major attractions are within walking distance. Metro stations are just a 2-minute walk away, and getting to the hotel from the airport is very easy and convenient.The breakfast had everything you need and was more than sufficient to start the day.Overall, it is a good hotel and a pleasant place to stay.

As a small downside, we were asked for a €150 security deposit upon arrival, which is refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the room. While this amount is returned, we personally found the process unnecessary.Overall, it is a good hotel and a pleasant place to stay.

Very pleasant staff, great location and very neat and tidy rooms. We enjoyed ourselves and would certainly repeat this accommodation the next time we come to Paris

all in all it was pleasant for a 3-star hotel. i had lower expectations coming in but overall everything was smooth. tidy. comfy.

Really good staff. Comfy room. Great breakfast - just what was needed to set you up for the day. Excellent location, as you could walk to a number of the sights within 30-40 minutes. Metro line just around the corner for sights further afield.

Refurbished bathroom was lovely, but a large shower, instead of a bath, may be better - not very easy to get out of.

Great position 20 minutes walking distance from main monuments and museums and metro station 2 minutes away, clean, nice staff, comfortable bed and from my room I could even see the Sacré-Cœur basilique!

Stayed at the hotel for 4 days in Jan-Feb 2026. Already on first night we realized the fridge was not working and that the room temperature was very warm. We notified the reception and were told they were going to fix it. During our stay the issue was not fixed nor we were given another alternative room. We kept food/drinks outside the window (really cold temperatures during winter) since we could not count on fridge. Were later told that the room temperature was centrally regulated, so not possible to manually adjust (not sure what that manual temperature regulator was doing at the wall from our room then… in any case it noisy and you could hear the AC during the night). More attention to repairing the fridge or offering another room would have given us a better experience overall.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is close to many touristic attractions. The customer service team was very helpful, and the hotel staff really took great care of me. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris.

The location is amazing and the room was of good size. The breakfast was good as well.

Was able to hear noises from the hallway so I would suggest bringing earplugs if you want to sleep late.

I'm not very fond of the breakfast, but there are cafés nearby.The room was very warm and we can't lower it on our own. We had to ask the reception to lower it down for us because it was set to centralized function.

The location was spot on. Walked most of the time to the main sightseeing spots. The room was very nice and comfortable.

There was a problem with the a/c. They had constructions going on, this was a bit annoying, but not too much.

Very good location, much better hotel than its official star rate, good medium size buffet breakfast. Best value for money hotel I've seen in my 9 Paris trips.

A very modern hotel with friendly staff :) The room is probably the best we have stayed in Paris so far. The breakfast spread was nice and food was refilled quickly.

Comfortable beds. Didn’t like the space of the room as the other rooms I had booked were all different layout and paid the same price

The replenishment of tea or coffee is non existent, you have to go downstairs and grab it yourself. The noise from the construction site is atrocious started too early in the morning and late into the afternoon.
