Hotel Eiffel Capitol

Presents well with modern lobby. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Smallest hotel room I've ever had. The shower was tiny for a big man, difficult to manoeuvre also the bed was quite hard.

Close to the Eiffel Tower

The room was too small. There was only 1 double bed, I needed 2 beds. Very cramped room.

Breakfast on site just make sure its included in your reservation or else it's a separate charge that isn't worth what you pay.

The room was on the ground floor. Had issues with people walking by a d hearing everything from the street. Also had an issue with someone above me running around in the middle of the night for about 2 hours. Complained to the front desk who did nothing.

Location is good. Close to Eiffel tower, many restaurants to dine in, etc.

The room had musty odor, it turned out the carpet next to the tiny bathroom was wet. We could not dry it off even with many towels on the floor. I think there is leakage somewhere. We had to put up with it for 2 nights. We booked 2 connected rooms to stay close to our kids. Management were not able to find other rooms to accomodate all of us as hotel was booked out.

Location is excellent. District is perfect for walking and visiting shops, cafes, and bakeries. Eiffel tower and close to metro station. Rooms are clean and front desk staff very helpful. We recommend and would stay again.

The coffee and bottled water in room is not refreshed daily. We like to make a coffee in the morning so we needed to ask each day at the front desk for a packet of Nescafe instant.

No hot water. The hot water was not working and they could not get it fixed.

Location is definitely the best feature. 5 mins from the Eiffel tower and great local options for cafes and restaurants within 2 mins.

It was quite pricy for what it was. The rooms are fairly small and dated and the beds weren't the most comfortable. Our thermostat was also missing from the room. If I had paid slightly less, I wouldn't have been too bothered about these issues but given the price, my expectation was higher.

It was a great location, price was high. The keeping of my luggage was great.

Comfortable bed (on a harder side), nice location close to the Eiffel Tower. Decent breakfast, helpful staff.

The only thing i didn’t like is that the temperature for the rooms is controlled by the whole building. You can’t adjust the temperature in your own room. Very uncomfortable and hot. And the staff didn’t care or give us a fan

Clean, hospitality, all your basic amenities were supplied, very close to metro dupleix, and several cafes and restaurants nearby.

Little to no air conditioning…we tried to adjust temperature with no change. 2 twin beds were not very comfortable and room was small

The location of hotel was very nice near to metro station Dupliex also walking distance from Tour Eiffel. breakfast didnt include to my room price. Room was clean, comfy, all needs were there and price of the hotel also was reasonable. In my next trip also im planning to book this hotel. For budget price is great location and room size was better than other hotels in Paris.
