Cler Hotel

Location and price. Very nice staff.

We would have liked to turn the air conditioning on, but they would not allow us to.

Location! Room and bed were very comfortable. Staff could not have been nicer. Wonderful breakfast. Definitely would stay at Hotel Cler on our next visit. Located within easy walking distance to Paris museums with Metro And RER within a few blocks.

The elevator was not working properly. I was stuck in the elevator in between floors. The doors would not open. Desk clerk did not have a key to open the door. Cleaning staff had to be found to unlock the door. I am a bit claustrophobic so l was paniced.

Location was phenomenal for a tourist.

Perhaps this is a petty complaint, but I found the water was very hard and the hotel's air was very dry. To be fair, I was visiting in December, so maybe this is to be expected.

Location on Rue Cler and very clean and great staff.

Location, quaint authentic old French building, well kept. Mini refrigerator in room was helpful. Small but useful elevator to lift luggage since there are 6 floors and narrow stairs.

Third bed in family room was uncomfortably small and cramped even for an 11 year old child, room overall was very small.

The Cler Hotel is situated in the most absolute best part of Paris. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, plentiful options of great restaurants, bakeries and from the time you walk out of the hotel the fresh produce along the streets is a bonus. The area is extremely clean and at no time did we feel unsafe. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and would like to give extra Kudos to Mr. Basith who was very helpful in every way especially with his knowledge of the city. If any future trips are made in Paris I would plan my trip around the availability of a room at the Cler Hotel.

The location is absolutely prime for this hotel. Its centrally located on Rue Cler, one of the lively streets of paris. It has access to restaurants and pharmacies within walking range. Eiffel is 17 min walk, which is not bad for Europe. Sujit and Basith (Reception) were very polite and helpful to the extreme.

Location was magnificent. The street is lined with cafe's, a great bar, and grocers for items like soda, snacks, etc. I walked to the Eiffel Tower in 12 minutes and the Louve was only a 35 minute scenic walk away. Uber drivers will pick you up right outside the front door.

The only downside is that there is literally a market right next door so the street noise is something to consider. The windows open to let in fresh air, which is great until a drunk idiot starts screaming at 2 am.

Elevator is extremely small! And our room did not have a nice view.

WEll maintained, updated clean and fantastic staff. Also in a great neighborhood. Short walk to Eiffel Tower.

There was nothing I did not like.

We had a room on the 6th floor, there is a small elevator so that was nice. Rooms are small but efficient. We had an Eiffel Tower view but it was only of the the top third, still amazing to see the lights flicker at night.
