STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS PERFECT. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.

Shower head was fully broken, and clearly had been for a while judging by the mold stains in the area where the broken pipe sprayed Couldn¿t sleep for all the loud door slamming in the hallway The person checking me in double charged me

water was dripping out from AC for 2 days when we stayed.

The location is superb, right next to the Panthéon and nestled in the heart of the rîve gauche near Odéon. The staff, especially Mélanie, were so helpful and accommodating. Great experience

The staff, specially Melanie, she was awesome understanding a sleepy 30h traveler! Super kind! The location was great as well. We had a great time.

The hotel was very clean and the heating worked well (it was freezing in Paris!). The location is fantastic, on the left bank with lots of bookstores around and easy access to Métro lines. The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection.

The room was quite small, but that is pretty much to be expected in Paris.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 shower was significantly larger than the other.

Location is amazing. Pantheon/St. Germain, close to Merais!

Bathroom was TINY but it's Paris so I understand but still super small with the separate shower, have to use the bathroom then walk to next wet room to wash hands. Also the shower flower tile grout a little grimey

The room is small, but it has everything that is minimally necessary. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is not included in the price, but it is good.The hotel is nearby the Patheon and 10 minutes away from Notre Dame.

The walls do not provide privacy. You can hear any noise from the hallway. Although it is good, the breakfast is not very diverse.

Room very cramped. 2 single beds stuck together not comfortable. Luggage wouldn’t fit under bed so it made room even more cramped.

I stayed at the Wyld one night, left the city, and then returned for a two-night stay later that week. I left my glasses in the room on the first leg of my trip. I called the hotel and spoke with Melanie. Not only did she check to see if housekeeping had found them, she followed up with a confirmation email to me. I picked up my glasses at reception during my second stay. I really appreciated Melanie and the staff's attention and consideration. Also, the facility was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel has zero soundproofing. I heard every movement in the hallway and on the street, even with the window closed. Earplugs helped. The breakfast, though varied, could stand some improvement. The eggs were lukewarm.

Good location near many restaurants and shops, short walk to Metro and Ile de Cite. Very friendly staff.

Staff awesome. Held our bags before we could check in and then the whole day after we checked out. Great place for people travelling who want a clean place to stay. Great location and good cafes around.

The location is very centric, the rooms were very cleaned, the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Diane. I cannot wait to return to Paris and to stay at the Hotel Wyld Saint Germain.

Very friendly and hospitable receptionist Melanie. Brought a joy to our stay. Comfortable room temperature. Nice colorful interior especially the shower tiles. Abundance of towels and other toiletries. Good lightning in the room. We had much pleasure from our Smart TV with its many streaming apps. Nice selection of food and drinks at the included breakfast we booked. Was presented very well and the staff there was always friendly. The shower head had multiple settings which came in handy. We loved that we had 2 pillows per person. Location was walking distance from the centre. The sidewalks are smoothly paved which was great for riding around our suitcases. Supermarkets closeby. We got hotel slippers which were very comfy. A easy-to-use safe for stashing valuable items. More than enough space in the wardrobe.

The sink was was awkwardly placed and thus it was hard to wash your face without bumping into anything. Clunky elevator which felt like it could fall apart any minute. Unfortunately as always some of the cleaning staff doesn't speak English but that's more our problem than the hotel's.
