ibis Paris Gare du Nord TGV

It?s in a slum hole.

A basic room but absolutely fine, clean and well located. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was perfectly located for the station and getting around Paris.

The room had a slightly odd smell to it but otherwise was fine. We did ask for extra pillows which the lovely receptionist tried to find for us but to no avail.

Great little hotel - very near Eurostar & cafe's

A safe in the room would be good.

Close to Gare du Nord station

The welcome was cold. It was 1 a.m., I was cold and I had my suitcases. Before opening the door, the receptionist asked me through the door if I had a reservation. It was only after I answered yes that she opened the door. Yet I had sent an email to let them know what time I would be arriving and they had acknowledged receipt. For that reason alone, I won't be going back there if I have to spend the night with the children.

The hotel was very nice,served and clean,staff were very kind and friendly,served location with many markets and restaurants also near the metro station However the area and streets weren’t clean and not safe at night for girls alone (idk if that’s how it is in all paris lol)Otherwise it’s perfect and affordable

Location was great. View from the double rooms were good. The view from the single room was poorThe lady on reception during the day was so lovely and helpful

The noise next to the single room, including loud music after midnight

Handy for the trains. we had an unexpected night in Paris due to delayed trains. Ibis always reliable.

Just the location

A very tiny room and a very discomfort shower . Not enough to have a proper shower as the bathroom is so small

The Hotel was ideally located by the Gare Du Nord, the facilities were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Cozy, so friendly staff , very clean, great breakfast Close to every where and 2 min walking from the Metro Station

The location next to Gare du Nord was the BEST! Picture attached is pic coming out of the station - 'ibis' is at the end of the street on the right side! We needed a close location to the train for our commute and was not disappointed. The added bonus was the variety of restaurants nearby.Lastly - staff was very helpful and friendly - especially Zaman(sp?)

The lift was awkward limiting to only2 people at a time. While the breakfast was convenient with good hours - it was pricey as it was possible to get a nice coffee and a GREAT pastry close-by or event in the train station!

Great location for the early eurostar. But still close enough to pop to the main sites of paris. Room was comfy and surprisingly quiet for location.

Lift old and only carried two people at a time. One of the rooms had a very old, exceptionally poor shower

The fan in the bathroom was very very loud and could not be switched off. Bathroom also a bit dated. Lift was also very small.

Stayed with a party of 7. The hotel is not special; a bit cramped, especially the halls, but good enough for a short stay. The single and triple rooms were rather small and a bit too provisionally equipped. In good refurbished condition except for the bare, unfinished elevator floor. Carpeting is of a pattern on which you can't see stains and dirty spot. Good for the hotel, bad for the customer. Personnel generally okay. Breakfast is good except for the scrambled eggs.Street noise (+ trains/metro) audible, but not a big nuisance. Plenty food available in the area, albeit the touristy stuff.

Very small room where I could hardly open my case and the lift. Would get the double room next time as my friends had a larger room.
