THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS SUPER NICE, VERY WALKABLE AND A METRO STATION NEARBY.
Good location in Le Marais with restaurants close by, nice safe neighborhood. Near train station. Small but clean typical European hotel, felt better than staying in a big fancy hotel. Great bed. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpfu.

Cons -

POORLY TAKEN CARE OF, VERY DIRTY, MY ROOM HAD A WEIRD SMELL, LINEN SHEETS WERE NOT CRISP, NO A/C AND VERY WARM, MOLDY BATHROOM, VERY DISGUSTING.
It was very warm but there was a heat wave. Also the TV remote power button was stuck on (room 114)
