Pros +
- The location and the service especially by the guys in the front desk was amazing :)
- Only the location
- The front desk manager was so hospitable and accommodating! Upgraded us to a better room, the bathroom was so big and lightful! And the bathtub - one of the biggest ones I've seen. Would definitely come back!Oh and the beds were like a cloud, we got the best sleep of our lives!
Cons -
- Besides one of those weird shower designs that ensure the entire bathroom floor is soaking wet, the room is cozy and decent, in a centrally located part of Paris.
- The room did not look like the photos, it was soooooooooo small but very clean
- We stayed in room 202. The safety box was out of order when we checked in in the evening. The receptionist offered to fix it at 7am(!). What a great idea! The next day the other receptionist was surprised why I wasn’t happy with the idea that some worker would enter our room during the day when we are not there, in order to fix it. The door to the toilet was a glass door, and still was closing only half way as it was broken! Imagine not being able to use the toilet privately if you are traveling with a friend and staying for 5 nights at this hotel!!!! It was a nightmare! There was no “do not disturb sign” existing at the hotel at all!!! The receptionist explained that he knows everyone and no one will enter our room. Beware, don’t order coffee or tea at all, as their menu says “ coffee €3, tea €3, but in the end the bill for 2 coffees + 1 tea is €16!!! When you try to recall, you remember that they never signed you for the order and now upon check out you feel a complete idiot arguing about a few extra euros ( that this specific hotel definitely doesn’t deserve)I can go on and on about the things that felt completely wrong with this hotel. Its location was the only good thing about it. We paid €1660 for 5 nights for room only (!!!) for this disaster!!!!! These room pictures have nothing in common with what you get!

Convenient area. Up and coming place. Beds very comfortable, nice staff, helpful. Let’s us borrow an umbrella, too! Price is very good.
Bathroom/shower layout is cumbersome and sinks splashes all over. Shower makes a huge mess and u have to ruin towels to dry off. Complimentary water per day would be nice. Room should have hand towels for 2 guests, we had to keep asking.
The location was perfect.
Very small room, no kettle or coffee maker, no mini fridge.
The location was great and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Adjusting the shower temperature was very difficult. One day it got stuck at 38°C and I couldn't fix it — it just wouldn't turn. Also, there was no shower cabin, so water would splash everywhere. The biggest problem, however, was that there were very few power outlets, and they were placed in strange locations.
Location, cleanliness of hotel friendly staff
Low ceiling in bedroom 702
very convenient location. The rooms are clean and not too small (by Paris standards)
the door to the bathroom does not close completely so if there is more than one person in the room this is really awkward. There is no shower curtain so the water spills all over. The pillows are shallow and uncomfortable. Given the overall quality of the room etc, these items are a shame because they really undermine otherwise good experience
Staff is welcoming
Bathroom was great to have a bathtub is luxury in Paris for this price
Good area
Room too small , bathroom small and when taking shower no proper screen water goes all over floor
Really lovely welcoming staff. Great location. Very clean.
Would have loved a kettle in room to make tea. Even for extra
The hotel is located near many shops, restaurants, and metro stations. Easy to get around Paris.
The bathroom had a strange smell which I believe was from water damage. The shower had no guards to keep water off floors. So if you’re not careful the water is all over the floor running out into the bedroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
It felt dirty, the room doesn’t look the same as online and it was very noisy. Other guests slamming doors at 4/5am.
As soon as I arrived, the receptionist was so wonderful. He upgraded my room as it was my birthday!! They were so accommodating and friendly. Parking was great! You could park right outside the hotel!
Excellent location, very comfy bed, quiet and spacious room, friendly staff
Great location of the hotel. Cozy and warm room. Very nice and friendly staff. I want to give the highest score for the staff.
Location; great suite and the staff. Particularly Mr Wills who gave us an extraordinary attention of fine service at the reception desk. It’s the second time in this hotel and will come back for sure.
Overall it was not bad: the room is clean, the lady changes towels every day, makes the bed, the bed clothes are white and very clean, the receptionists were nice and helpful. The pillows are horrible though - extremely small and totally flat. I must say though that immediately on our arrival for some reason they gave us a bigger room than we booked, I don’t know why. But the bigger room was definitely better than a smaller one because it was small anyway. Thank God the water in shower WAS indeed very hot! At least something :)
But the hotel looks much worse on the reality than in the pictures. The room was cold! Like really cold! No toiletries al all! Only shower gel. Imagine - no soap to wash hands!!! We had to ask for toilet paper! Twice! Because there was no sigle spare roll. They would give us one, and obviously it finishes and we need to ask for another one. This is ridiculous! So overall I cannot say we had any pleasant memories from the hotel.
The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is quite close. If you are not lazy to walk. The hotel is clean, beautiful, but small. The maids clean the rooms very nicely. Cute. The staff is very nice.Thank you very much to them.
I didn't like that there is no curtain in the bathroom, because the water splashes a lot when bathing. But the bathroom is beautiful. It's cold, even though we turned on the heating at full power. No electrical sockets by the bed.?
