Best Western Hotel Le Montparnasse

Close to metro, very friendly staff, nice breakfast available. Emailed about getting from airport and got perfect directions there.

Small elevator for having luggage but that¿s standard for Europe so we were fine.

Location. Near two grocery stores and a bar that had good prices. Not too far from metro station.

Rooms were small. Only had two twin beds. Average cleanliness. Street side was a little noisy.

It was close to restaurants and bars. All forms of transportation are right there. There was plenty of coffee available in the room and eating area.

There was a lot of street noise including drunks singing at midnight on the street below. The rooms are very small although that is the standard for most of Paris.

Its in a good location, the price is affordable. The room is actually of descent size. (Not too big, perfect for a couple). The staff was helpful, and they have shuttle service to the airport. The metro is nearby. Good cafes nearby.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Divine, who gave us a lot of help, always with a wonderful smile. . We had several chats about restaurants near the hotel and transport links. All really useful information. The hotel itself although quite small, had everything we needed for a short city break. The room was well serviced and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were even earplugs in the room as we were on the main road side and there was a lot of noise from emergency vehicles throughout the night.

To be honest, there was nothing we didn't like. If there is a criticism it was that the room was a little on the small side, but given that we were in a great location for the Metro and buses, restaurants and bars, the value was really good.

Friendly reception and friendly hotel. They have 24 hour coffee service and a good, but pricey breakfast. Room is sufficient for one person with not a big suitcase. Modern interior and they are renovating.Excellent location for getting around in Paris by public transport as well as eating out during the day.

No hotel bar, but in the area there are a lot of restaurant and bars. That is also the reason that it remains noisy until midnight, so ask for a room at the back.Shower is just warm enough and the sink is quite narrow. Also the beds are not for tall people.

Very noisy location, constant police sirens all time of daya and night. Renovations were happening with banging on floors above. Road/sidewalk jack hammering until 2am (on one particular day) and bar near hotel noise easily penetrates through the windows. Very small rooms.

The water in the shower was not draining properly. The fire alarm went off in the very early morning hours on one of the days that we were there. The air-conditioner was not working for 3 days.

There was work going on in the next room so from 8am there was the sound of sandpaper very loud in my used. Drilling started not long after! Not a lot of options for hot drinks.

The staff are our favourite people ever! Divine, Tomas and sorry, I forgot the sweet guys name who checked us in on the first day (started with D maybe?). They all made our holiday so much better while we were in Paris

Hotel beds could always be better, but this was still the best one we slept on this trip.

Great staff. Seemed genuinely pleased to see me throughout my stay. The hotel is basically a good three star. One negative is that the rooms at the front get reverb from the metro underneath the building. I am a light sleeper so this bothered me at first, but I got so tired from activities each day I slept fine.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and bus lines, and many major attractions — including the Eiffel Tower — were within walking distance.The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it offered very good value for the price.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great access to central Paris.

As advertised, the room is small. We had trouble opening both our large suitcases at the same time.

Lovely hotel, clean and welcoming. Staff were amazing, even put balloons in the room for my son’s birthday. Such a lovely touch.Would stay again next time in Paris
