Great location. AMAZING STAFF. Breakfast was 100% AMAZING!! Who ever prepares and sets up does an excellent job!! Super clean hotel. Will come back for sure!!!

The location of the hotel is great since it is very well-connected to explore Paris.Breakfast was excellent -many choices and quality food items (free snacks every day after a certain time which was definitely a plus).The room was comfortable and the staff were exceptional! Will definitely come back !!

A perfect stay for our 4 days in Paris, very centrally located in a great area. The staff were absolutely amazing and tended to our every request. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety. The Hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay at this Hotel

Spacious room, with quiet and privacy.

A small hotel with an excellent location: I hardly used any transport to get around the city. The rooms are quiet — you can’t hear either the neighbors or the street noise. Everything is very clean. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged: there are clothes hangers, a shelf and a hook in the bathroom, tea and coffee-making facilities, a complimentary minibar, and snacks and drinks are also served in the breakfast area.The bed is comfortable and allows for a good rest. There is air conditioning. From the top-floor window, there was a magical view of a church and the Paris rooftops. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent. I would gladly stay at this hotel again or try another hotel from the same chain.

Not a single bad word.

This is my new favourite place in Paris. I will definitely be returning. 3 minutes walk from the metro Augustin and 5 minutes walk away from St Lazarre to get you everywhere in Paris. The room was comfortable, clean with everything you need. Complementary drinks are available in the rooms (not just water!) as well snacks in the afternoon. Breakfast was epic! The team is beyond amazing. Extremely obliging and friendly.It was a very pleasant stay. I will come back

I was so happy to choose Hotel Augustin for my holiday. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is great, and the entire team was incredibly helpful, always greeting you with a smile. A special thanks to Samar and Hayat, who were amazing throughout my stay.The room was clean, neat, and beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the essentials were provided, even a shoe cleaner! I was genuinely impressed with the service from check-in to check-out.This was my favorite stay in Paris, and I will definitely be coming back.

Amazing hotel!

The staff was lovely and the mini bar was kept stacked. Also liked the pastry/baked items. The little seating area downstairs was the best part of the entire place in my opinion. In hindsight, being able to walk to Galleries Lafayette area was cool. Otherwise, I did not like the location at all. Felt far.

Room was very cramped, but I particularly disliked the rug. Looked very dated and dirty. They did a good job keeping the bathroom clean. Could hardly walk around the bed/open the fridge etc. Perhaps because I was solo? Please upgrade carpeting. I ubered often, had a hard time finding food...many brasseries around but slightly intimidating as a solo traveller. Maybe also offer alcohol?

From the moment I arrived for check-in SAMAR an ILIR were so friendly, welcoming and so inviting. They explained all the amenities and called me once I got to my room to make sure everything was good. This hotel is very clean! You can truly see how the staff goes out of there to make your stay enjoyable and love how each customer is treated! Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was in a nice location, good walking distance to main area. Hotel offered snacks and drinks in the afternoon and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a tad small but were comfortable, clean and tidy and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. Mini fridge in room fully stocked was a nice touch which you don’t get in many places. Would definitely stay again and was a nice value for money hotel.

We had no negatives apart from the taxi ride to the gard du nord was a bit expensive but that’s getting through a city for you

Friendly staff, clean room and facilities, breakfast, minibars

The hotel's location is very convenient - close to restaurants, a metro and bus stations and within walking distance (1-2km) from main attractions in Paris. The room was nicely decorated, with colorful design, and was well equipped. Breakfast was delicious, at extra cost but very affordable (15 Euro if I recall), and the best part was that you can get drinks and snacks for free all day, including free drinks at the minibar in the room!Overall a very good value for money, and we certainly recommend!

The room was a bit small (but considering the good price of the package and the great location - it was very reasonable)

Loved the room, hospitality of staff especially reception staff. The breakfast was good and snacks availability after 2PM helped with kids.

Walking distance to the metro and Champs-Élysées. Friendly staff, room had everything we needed and was comfortable.
