Ibis Styles Paris Massena Olympiades

Clean, comfortable, central and good value with great breakfast.

Room was very small although comfortable.

- great location and receptionist is very friendly.

The walls are very thin. You hear everything the people next door say or do.

Great location, close to metro, and lots going on in immediate area.

Everything was great

Room was really comfy, staff very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. They allow pets to stay for an extra 20euro, my dog was very happy with the stay also.

Very neat room, warm room ,clean corridor & lift was so great, wonderful staff and its easy access to metro and other great transportation to city of paris.

Close to public transport, breakfast included in stay

No fridge in room or iron

I liked how it was very near the metro and a bus stop so made going to and from the city easily accessible. Hotel was modern and clean.

Cleaners came to room a bit too early one morning as we had a early morning flight we wanted to lie in the following morning but had to ask them to come back later and then they knocked again and had to ask for more time

A safe clean area and 10 minutes walk to a Metro. Was clean and comfortable for the price. A couple of small supermarkets close by for supplies.

It advertised that it had luggage storage, which was a plus for us as we were coming and going to Ibis 3 times. BUT there was no luggage storage and that was very inconvenient for us. It was difficult to find a place to leave our main luggage while we had a week in Geneva. IBIS should not advertise luggage storage.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. Aircon was a bonus.

Breakfast was limited selection.

The breakfast was great and the rooms are very comfortable. The location was amazing. Near the metro.

Room was large & airy & clean, breakfast choice was excellent,

Bathroom was tatty, in need of re-grouting

Clean

A lot of noise at night. The location is meh the staff is not cheerful and the bathroom would need renovation (paint chips from the ceiling)

Excellent personnel !!!!!! Hotel close to metro station & the area is quiet . Available coffee all day.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to Metro station (Olympiades or Port D'Ivry c. 5 mins walk), plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, 10 min walk to Chinese quarter / Tolbiac for wide choice of good restaurants.

Some noise on the street outside on our first night but not the hotel's fault.

This hotel is in a very good location. The staff were really helpful too.

Breakfast was ok, but a bit basic.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Not quiet due to doors closing next door which was very loud in the middle of the night. Rooms were very hot.

Heating and/or cooling instructions. Quieter door latches.

Reception staff were quite good and helpful. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard. Good amount of seating throughout the hotel. Access to coffee and drinking water. Huge TV in the bedroom. The following is neither positive nor negative, but just for information: the hotel itself is tiny. Rooms are small, the reception area is used for everything: it's where breakfast (continental, ok selection, good coffee) is served, and doubles as a social area. It's functional but not comfortable or particularly appealing. The service staff at breakfast were ok. Food was generally restocked to a good level. You have to clear your own table.Overall I would describe the hotel as "functional" and "nice enough".

Rooms are dated in terms of decoration and fixtures & fittings (plastic table on wheels - such as you would find in a hospital, no usb charge points, paintwork could do with updating), air conditioning does not have a setting which will cool the room - if you are hot, turn it off and open a window. Bathroom fittings have cosmetic damage.

Breakfast was much better than expected with all the variety of food.

Room size was small & shower difficult to use.

The breakfast is excellent and great value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room isolation and heating is not good. The shower and bathroom is not heated and hence very cold and not convenient in winter.

Standart room in the hotel Ibis. Clean room, comfortable bed
