Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Close to public transportation.

The automatic lights spooked me a bit being that I was solo traveling. Room phone didn?t have a button for the front desk. Only thing that was missing was an iron but that may be a standard in the US and not in Europe.

The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The rooms are small as expected in Paris, but the hotel is charming.

The hotel staff was the best ever and very attentive to our needs. Beautiful decor, lovely breakfast and really comfy rooms.

The family suite was great! Perfect for a family of 4!

Unfortunately the building next door was doing some renovations so there was some extra noise. It was not as well located as I had hoped. The cucumber water in the lobby needed to be freshened daily, it wasn’t.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Serotel Lutece; the location was wonderful for walking to local cafe's and restaurants, but still had a quiet neighborhood feel. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating!

The rooms are on the small side and the bathrooms/shower setup are pretty cramped.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was our second time in Paris, and only really had two days and one night to take it all in. The hotel was great in every sense - helpful staff, cozy and inviting environment, and had that Parisian charm you never knew you were looking for!While it is quite a walk to some of the more touristy spots, Metro line 7 was just a few minutes walk away. Great cafes and restaurants are available within the area as well. The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful—spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It made my family and me feel like we had stepped into old-world Paris, in the most charming and delightful way.Our room was excellent, with two private quarters, each with its own bathroom. The décor was consistent and charming, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and all necessary toiletries were provided, making our stay very comfortable and convenient.

Absolutely no complaints. I loved every bit of it and would stay here again.

Everything was excellent, the breakfast food, the ample rooms, the service. I reserved very early so we got a great deal compared to the regular price. By being a little away from the touristy area, it was quiet.

The second shower door was missing, so we all had to shower in the first shower.

It was a gorgeous hotel to start with, the beds were 10/10 the room was big and better than we expected, the staff was amazing and friendly very welcoming

Great location, warm and friendly staff, and very quiet.

Decent size room for Paris standards. We were in a Superior double room. Room looked out onto the courtyard. We did not hear traffic noise and sleep quality was good.Front desk was helpful.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. We stayed for 4 days and tea/coffee making supplies were not replaced everyday. Towels were removed from room and not replaced, leaving us with inadequate number of towels. We did get them when we called the front desk.

Rooms were wonderful and modern with great temperature control.Stay were extremely helpful with advice for seeing the local area and Latin Quarter. 24 hour English speaking Managers were great and one gave great advice on lovely reasonably priced very French restaurant for lunch.Pleasant and helpful but not obtrusive service.Neighborhood has several great places for takeaway food and french snacks.One star Michelin Restaurant is Next Door (Hotel should offer a package)Despite being Buffet style - creamy quality of scambled eggs at Breakfast was amazing!

Room cleaning guy was not polite and very rude and very pushy. Didn't clean our room for 2 days even though we asked him 2 times

The room was gorgeous and quiet. The breakfast was delightful and generous.

This location is wonderful with a little cafe steps away and many shops and restaurant options within walking distance, including a pharmacy across the street. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, the beds comfortable, and the hot water plentiful (much appreciated after a chilly day walking). Our balcony room offered a scenic view of the lively neighborhood. I also appreciated the drinking water dispenser in the hall outside our room.

The room was a bit small compared to American standards but had plenty of storage.

Last minute booking to extend our stay in Paris and the room was cute and interesting and had this rustic charm . Decent price and within walking distance of a lot .

The room was very tiny but we were only staying for one night and we used the room just to sleep .
