The location is great being right near a subway.

They allowed the room next door to us to bring prostitutes in... we heard them through the thin walls. We saw sitting in the lobby later. There is zero security. Each time we walked in and went to our rooms the person (ever changing) never looked up once.

Smell of fresh paint on my room, they were nice to change me to another room but it was still with the smell of fresh paint and gabe me head aches

I'm a light sleeper and it was so quiet I could sleep with the balcony open. The staff was super helpful also!! They printed site-seeing tickets for us and helped with maps. Good location- close to a perfect metro station because it links to everything!

Area might be a little lack luster for some- super small elevator

Room was warm, AC wasn't working. They were not able to move us to another room do to occupancy

Beds were really small. Lots of hidden fees. Had to pay a taxi because no airport shuttle was there and had to pay a shuttle the has to return to the airport. Staff offered to call taxi and had to pay a fee for them making the call. No warning.

Fairly close to the Metro station. It was very clean. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I would book a room here again.

This wasn't a very back hotel when you take into account 10 minutes to the eiffel tower and 5 minutes to the metro or anyplace in Paris. I would recommend and book it again in the future.

It could be a little better lite at night. AC could have been colder and instructions on how to use the remote, no a big deal!

The staff was friendly. There were restaurants, bakeries, markets, coffee shops nearby. We could walk to Eiffel Tower and transportation spots. Rooms were clean and windows open for fresh air.

The rooms are small. The street was noisy on the weekends because there is a nightclub near the hotel and people are out til 4-5 am around the nightclub, otherwise it seemed ok.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite and were able to talk to us in English since our French is horrible. The rooms were very clean and fairly quiet and decently sized.

Front desk clerk was awesome. She was very helpful and accommodated a room change for me without hesitation. She was awesome. Little café inside lobby was very nice. Room was clean and bright. Bathroom was clean. Not a bad place to stay for budget.

It's a bit of a trek from the airport.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and kind. The location was also amazing, being a close walk from all the main sights. The neighborhood was also not touristy and fun to explore.

The bed was not comfortable. The room was also very small.

Better air conditioner

Conveniently located about a 20-minute walk to Eiffel tower. Safe to walk and close to metro station. The breakfast was my favorite part with a nice variety of options.

I experienced some issues with bed bugs, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the security staff at night seemed to have an unfriendly attitude, these problems affected my overall experience.

The room needs a small fridge and some repairs. The walls need painting, and it's too noisy because the walls aren't soundproof
