Great staff, nice and easy check in. The stay was very comfortable

I'd say maybe the pricing is slightly a bit high for such a small room. Especially without me taking the breakfast option. Other than that can't say anything bad about the property in general

Shower very dirty, still hair in it and a lot of pink and brown gunk. The bedsheets also had hair in them.

Very close to the station. Friendly staff and the room was good.

Nothing negative, maybe just the lift is very small and if you are claustrophobic, it doesn't help

Room is bit small but very clean and comfortable. Also, the room is equipped with all the necessary items.Location is great- accessible to all modes of transport (metro, bus and taxis) and good restaurants.

The room was nice and calm and comfortable. The wifi excellent and friendlyness of the 2 receptionist I met is to be mentioned. The lady at breakfast was also very nice. The breakfast was quite limited and juice not good. The scrambled eggs not good but for the price : € 12 I understand. But all in all I will definitely come back.

The location was pretty decent to main attractions and easy access to the metro.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to a serious issue with bed bugs in our room, #204 on the very first night. Both my spouse and I were bitten, with my husband suffering the worst of it. When we reported the issue, there was initial resistance to moving us to another room, citing full capacity from the manager. After continued insistence, we were relocated temporarily to a new room that had an inoperable toilet. We were told to use the bathroom in our original, bed bug-infested room, which was unacceptable. On the 3rd night of our stay, we remained in the "temporary room," and the toilet was fixed. The only compensation we received was access to the continental breakfast for the remainder of our stay, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. No further restitution was offered despite the health and comfort issues we endured. We had to purchase over-the-counter medication ourselves, and we’re still dealing with the effects of the bites even after returning home.This experience was not only uncomfortable and unpleasant. We expected a much higher standard of care and accountability.

Location of the hotel is excellent, the Breakfast is nice, and the room is clean and quiet.

Very close to the metro. Pretty much meets the expectations, a convinient decent hotel close to the center of Paris yet not overpriced. So yes, would recommend it especially for a short stay and would use it next time when need to come around.

Facilities could be improved (loose seat cover, loose tap), the kettle had loose cover, not a big deal but fixing all that would increase the hotel raiting.

The room, staff and the location are excellent, with very good transport links around Paris and great local food and shopping options. Rooms were easy to access via the lift, they were clean and modern with a big bed and comfortable sheets (winter).

General maintenance on the bathroom would be a nice to have, as there was a loose tap and a dripping shower. There is some noise from other customers who are less conscious about being annoying and loud. Nothing too bad, just stuck out a little.

I nearly drank expired thee bag. Luckily I saw this on time and threw it away.

I only stayed for one night. Its quite a small hotel but has all you need for a very short stay. Very clean, lovely staff and the area is very close to the metro, a shopping centre and quite a few restaurants.

It was a bit small but not much to be done about that.
