    Pros +

    • Absolutely nothing the best part of it was leaving it
    • The decor and location was brilliant.
    • It was modern but in an old biulding?!

    Cons -

    • a night in Paris with my wife and 8 year old daughter. At check in I was informed that I would not be allowed to stay there because my child is too big and a party of three would a minimum of two rooms.
    • I had requested two beds and was given a king bed. My company companion and I had to share a bed which was not ideal at all.
    • I did not like the size. It is super small. It was older and in need of updating. The staff does not speak English well and when made a mistake, "ol well you should have explained better and you will pay for it and the other one now that I understand.

    Quiet loaction nice bed

This was not a 4-star hotel. No desk to do any work. Bathroom shower overflowed into the bathroom

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-13-2016

    The room was clean.

The elevator did not work at one point, the door would not open late at night, the Internet was not reliable.

Location was great, in walking distance to many things. Room while smaller than American hotels it was perfect size. Enjoyed everything about it.

Only items that was a downside was the smell that came from the drain. We had to cover it at night but it was a typical thing i smelled everywhere we visited in Paris. I am a little more sensitive to it.

    Location was very good

Too small and breakfast was expensive

Hotel was located in a nice area. About 40 min from CDG. Train station is close you can walk. Would recommend.

Front day staff was very unwelcoming. Night staff was great.

    Comfortable room and bed

Bathroom was a little weird, a curtain and no door.

Great location. Quiet. Very helpful staff

Very clean and well designed. Loved the complimentary snacks, in-room coffee and rooftop terrace! Staff was great.

When we would enter our room, there was a sewer smell somewhere around the closet. Toilet and Shower area were fine. We were in Room 405.

Great area and most of the staff were very helpful .

The breakfast was boring and the same choice every day. The man who worked in the breakfast room was rude, lazy and didn’t refill things unless asked. If you came down to eat at 9:30 am the scrambled eggs were dry and crusty and left that way until closing time .

We (my daughter and I) loved the room. We stayed in a premium room on the first floor, which was worth the little extra splurge. The bathroom was spacious with a separate water closet. There was a small refrigerator in the room as well as a hair dryer. There was also a heated towel rack in the bathroom. Housekeeping staff was friendly and did a great job keeping our room clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location was close to restaurants, bakeries, and shops--just a short walk. Walking distance (less than a mile) from the Eiffel Tower. Also walked to Musee D'Orsay and the Louvre (over a mile) from the hotel. When we left items behind, we were notified right away--before we even realized items were missing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay near Rue Cler.

    We have no complaints!

The staff were very kind and helpful. Loved that we could have a nespresso or a tea in the room before heading out for the day.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, whilst it was peaceful to sleep at night, it was also very quiet to walk back to the hotel after dinner late at night.

Great location, few minutes walking from the eiffel tower. A lot of facilities close (supermarket, restaurants and stores). Room was really clean, comfortable, free water and coffe.

Not much. Location was good, that's all.

1.) poor staff and personality, guy even had the nerve to charge me for a bottle of water that was supposed to be FREE in our rooms (2 bottles per day); 2.) rooms had bad odor; 3.) carpet in rooms old old old! 4.) super tiny bathroom--I have no idea how a larger person is going to fit to use the bathroom; 5.) says 4 star hotel. NO. if best, this is a 3 star hotel. 6.) overall, just not a good hotel. Do not go. I'm an attorney and travel often, and stay in nice hotels--this was a complete failure and misrepresented on the facts.
