    Pros +

    • Steps from train station, restaurants and groceries!
    • The hotel was very nice, and the rooms looked brand new; all fantastic. The staff was nice too.
    • The bed was comfortable and room very clean and nice. Towel warmer and refrigerator available.

    Cons -

    • Super convenient for the train station but there is a bar down the street that was a touch loud, but not terrible.
    • The lighting above the sink in the bathroom is poor. Very hard to see to apply makeup. My husband also made a comment about how poor it was. One desk employee must of been new. Could not answer any of our questions and had to ask someone else each time.
    • The person at the reception was super unfriendly, gave me a little hole of a room for 250Euros, saying that's the only room left - which was not true. The room had no window, only a door to an inner backyard with garbage bags. It was boiling hot over night, no way to regulate the temperature, and there was no window to open to cool the down. No way I open the door next to garbage bags..

Very convenient location 2 mins away from Gare de Lyon. Well appointed room, clean, all amenities that you wanted were provided. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Great location - located very close to Paris Gare de Lyon in a quiet street. I also appreciated the spotless clean fitness area that was opened 24/24 and the comfort of the bed in the room.

Breakfast selection was fair but nothing exceptional.

Location was excellent when you find it as the roads around can be confusing. Best thing about hotel is Antonio who was on the desk. He was brilliant in helping us sort out a booking problem that could have ruined our holiday. He literally went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of our stay. I cannot praise him highly enough. I hope the hotel realise how good he is!

For a one night stay while using Gare de Lyon the hotel is perfect. I could not fault it. For a longer stay it is small and so has few facilities.

Colourful rooms and smart TV. Extremely convenient for Gare de Lyon.

Great location - immaculately clean and friendly efficient staff.

Small point was our room on the ground floor was spacious and convenient but a little noisy.

Quiet, convenient, and chic hotel with helpful and kind staff. Tabio walked me to a train station and gave me helpful transportation advice when I was confused. Roomy, clean, and comfortable room. Shower was great. Breakfast was delicious, including chocolate croissants, eggs, hams, and café au lait. It’s a bit like hidden gem, and hopefully, it would stay that way.

I didn’t find great restaurants nearby. However, after I returned from Paris, I learned that one of the restaurants that was in Emily in Paris (Rome) was really close to the hotel. I wish I would’ve tried that.

Quiet, clean and a very welcoming, personable staff. Also, the location is ideal for traveling through Gare de Lyon.

The hotel is super clean, the bedrooms quite big and well renovated, the bathroom is super clean and super nice. Location is great, just next to the Gare de Lyon

We can hear a lot the other bedrooms, especially the one above us. They showered around 1am and it felt like there was a waterfall in our bedroom. Also we didn't succeed to change the AC temperature.

I stayed at Hotel Parisianer from Wednesday, December 17th to Thursday, December 18th for one night, and I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were genuinely wonderful from the start. I arrived around noon, fully aware that my room would not yet be ready, and the team kindly offered to store my suitcase for me. This allowed me to head out and explore the city without any hassle. When I returned later in the evening, the concierge was still extremely helpful and attentive. My suitcase had already been delivered to my room, which was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The staff member who assisted me took extra care to make sure everything was in order. He provided a dental kit, checked that slippers were available, and made sure the room felt comfortable overall. I had requested that the two twin beds be combined into one king-size bed, and this was done perfectly. I really appreciated being able to enjoy such a large, comfortable bed all to myself.Although I checked out early the next morning at 6 a.m. and did not have a chance to try the breakfast, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was very quiet, which made for an excellent night’s sleep. The temperature was just right, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer.Overall, this was a very comfortable and convenient stay, with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. I would happily stay here again.

I needed to be close to Gare de Lyon for an early morning train, Hotel Parisianer is a few minutes level walk to the side entrance of the station! The room was smartly decorated, clean, warm (important in cold November) and very comfortable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants very close by. Despite the central location, the hotel is actually in a fairly quiet street.

Location was great, very close to Gare de Lyon. I went to Lyon for a day, and I love how I can just walk to the hotel after a long day. There are also a lot of Metro lines so you can go to Central Paris very quickly. Le Marais is an amazing neighbourhood and it's walking distance to the hotel.
