The staff was extremely gracious and hospitable. They were very welcoming and helpful answering questions and assisting us get your passes. The hotel itself was very clean and quaint. A very charming place in a great location!!!

the location was excellent, a beautiful area that I really liked. You have everything nearby, from cafés, shops, and restaurants, and it’s just a few minutes away from Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel feels new, well equipped and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed it!

The hotel holds a pre-authorization fee on your card without prior notice, which is released back on the day of departure. They also ask to physically see the card used for the reservation payment, which I found unusual.

Great vibe and excellent location! Clean and reasonably priced. Free nice coffee, tea and water in the breakfast room/bar and in the bedroom. Fridge with snacks and drinks in the room.

It would be nice to have iron available in the room. Side table light and plug were faulty

The location is excellent, with many services and shops nearby. It is very close to the Champs-Élysées yet away from the noise.

The room size is small and suitable for two people only. It is not suitable for guests who prefer to spend long hours sitting in the hotel

Breakfast was fresh good. every morning there is cheese, cold meet, egg sausage and hot veg and selection of break and pastry. We could walk to George V metro station to get where we wanted to be. we felt safe in the neighborhood. about 1 h drive to airport via tax. coffee and cold milk is complimentary during the day.

We paid for 3 nights of breakfast but could only enjoy 2 as the breakfast service only opens after 7h00 and we departed at 6h30. No refund for that unfortunately that breakfast, although they will quickly charge extra if you book room without breakfast. Our room was not serviced on Sunday, even though we did communicate with the reception that they could/should service the room. So beds was not made nor fresh towels. The shower water was cold one morning. Not sure if the facilities could not handle the load. The room is gets stuffy. Like the air cannot circulate. Good sound isolation from the road, but too good for air flow. The coffee machine s hot chocolate and coffee buttons seem to be switched around, so you are never sure what you get. I don't like a shower in the bath with a hand shower.... it is cramped and you struggle to get in and out, just my personal preference.

The location was excellent. The Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Champs Elysees Avenue, near metro station, restaurants and other markets.The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The only downside was the small size of the room but that's quite common in France so it wasn't a surprise.

The location of the hotel is very nice, the staff and their courtesy towards the guests was awesome.

The elevator is something which can be improved. Though it was working fine but there is a room for improvement.

The location is perfect for those visiting Paris for the first time and wanting to be close to the city center. You can easily access everything. There's a supermarket right next door. Hotel is very close Champes de gaulle ce champs elysees . Just walking 5 minutes. Receptions are kindly and helpful.

The hotel is old and not clean. The rooms are pretty small. The wardrobe is very inadequate. If you stay with the child, you will be very stuck. The furniture, the bathroom, is old. Definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars, and very expensive.

I like everything the location is walkable to everywhere you need , the staff very friendly and helpful we got a corner room was big enough for us everything was great

Cleanliness, complimentary tea/coffee and water in the lobby/ lounge and breakfast.

There was a bad smell in the room coming out from the air conditioning system! It smelled like rotten meat! We couldn’t switch on the air condition due to the smell coming out with cold air! It was impossible to sleep on the first night, the room was too hot and we couldn’t open the window because it was too loud/traffic noise! Also the room was too small for two people especially the layout of the room, the hanging safe cupboard/ wardrobe was a hazard! We hit our heads a few times while moving around in the room!We had to change room on the second night and pay €60 extra for two nights to get a bigger room and without the smell coming out from the air conditioning system! The second room was fine, there was no smell from the air conditioning system! I thought we should have gotten the second room without paying extra because of the inconvenience of the first night, which we didn’t sleep at all! No apologies, just pay more to get a better room! Our first room wasn’t that cheap, we were paying €270, per night! And we didn't get any sleep due to the bad smell!Won’t be returning to this hotel in the future.

Clean, well appointed room. In a great location. Staff were helpful and professional.

Location, staff speak English, size of the room were acceptable, arrival transfer included was definitely a highlight, made it much easier to access to your hotel
