Very helpful staff and great location as it is across from train station

rooms can be bigger but then it is Paris

Hotel employee was great, very friendly.

Very clean, big main room and another one small for the third bed- very convenient for a family of three. The bathroom was also bigger than expected.

For us everything was perfect.

The hotel was centrally locted. It was very clean and the facilities were very good. The staff were excellent

Shower setup was weird. I think the door could close all the way. Also should be room in mini fridge for our own things

Clean! Excellent room space. Outstanding shower! Air conditioning excellent. Hotel is secure! Staff were friendly and accommodating. House cleaning staff were excellent. Hotel is near train/metro station allowing us to see sights of Paris conveniently. Near cafes & restaurants.

Was I good food and the people work there are great

We was on 610 room so when we leaving ask the receptionist area if they can help with the baggage, so the guy help mention we can do the carry on baggage is only help for the big baggage. So if not elevator until floor 6

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. The issue we had was of course the elevators were very tiny and for a time they were not functioning. My wife had a bad back and we were on the sixth floor, so it was a little tricky. But the staff was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the location was excellent! The value for the money we spent was terrific!

The room was clean and comfortable.

The elevator was not working. This was one of the primary factors choosing the hotel because of a very pregnant daughter. Had to ask for act of kindness versus a staff that was not empathetic to our situation.

I liked everything in the hotel. The place is accessible to every needs. The staff are very accomodating. Beds and linens are comfortable and clean.

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room, TV had Netflix on aswell which was a great addition.
