Having air conditioning was fantastic. The hotel was very warm. The staff were friendly.

There was a yellow stain on the pillowcase, which bothered me a bit. It gets very noisy around 7-8 in the morning; it's impossible to sleep if you want to.

Location was perfect, it was walkable to all the atractions, just bring comfy shoes. Staff was friendly, room was cleaned every day. I would stay here again.

One of the best set of smiling staffs at the Reception. Good location, 4 minutes walk to st. Lazare station.

Mohammad at the reception was extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. His friendly attitude and quick assistance made a big difference to my experience.

Room sizes are very small.

The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Loved the view of the street outside as well. Super well located and close to lovely places to eat, drink and see. Staff were kind too.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and good location

The locatipn was very convenient, metros, trains and buses all within 10 minutes walk. The staff were nice and accommodated our needs to leave the luggage with them outside of our check-in times, The self service breakfast made up for it a bit because it had great variety and good quality products. Generally we would go back because of the nice atmosphere and the good value for money (we paid 174€ for 1 night including breakfast.

we booked the „romantic experience“ which we paid for upfront but was forgotten. After reminding the staff, we picked up the wine and chocolates ourselves which were average/poor quality, wouldn‘t recommend. The bed was comfortable but the shower leaked onto the floor and generally doors within the rooms have a 2 inch gap and you can‘t lock them

There was no full length mirror in our room, which makes it harder to get steady.

Standard room was ‘compact’, no coffee / making etc facilities. Kettle requested and made available.

The Hotel jas warmy environment, the reception guys was always open to help for everything, special very good comment to Mrs Mohammed and 2 Spanish reception ladies.The food in the brwakfast was very clean and with diferent kind of bread, egg, cheese, dairy product, very nice the food at all

The location is close to most tourist attraction. It is walking distance to St Lazare Train station and public buses. There are many restaurants and bakeshops close to the hotel. The breakfast included in the hotel is very good. The staff or receptionists are very nice.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable room! Shower pressure was great too and included amenities. It had even a fridge which is not that common in hotels in Paris of this price range.

The shower door didn’t close properly so some water leaked in the bathroom. The matress of the single bed (room 103) needs to be changed as it’s tilted/uncomfortable.

Everything was great! The staff were very nice and understanding of my situation during the booking process and helped to accommodate my needs to their best ability. The amenities were clean and pleasant. The breakfast experience was quaint but satisfying.

The pricing was a little high, but totally understandable given the excellent location and how accessible everything is. The room I stayed in was a little unconventional, the toilet room and shower room being separate. Other than that, everything was perfect!
