Pros +
- Spacious and clean room, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast with GF and LF options. The location is lovely
- Very kind staff, great location, cleaning service every day!
- This was my second stay here, and I loved it just as much as the first time. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful especially the reception, who were always smiling, welcoming, and ready to assist at any time. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and very easy access to bus stops and the metro. Everything was convenient and within walking distance.
Cons -
- The food was the same every day, but still good with variety of yogurts.
- Nothing, everything was great!
- Unfortunately, one interaction stood out for the wrong reasons — one of the breakfast staff members was quite rude on the morning of my birthday, which was disappointing and put a bit of a damper on the day. I also felt the hotel could have done a little more to acknowledge a special occasion, especially when mentioned in advance.

I stayed at this hotel in Paris over my birthday, and overall it was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small, even by Paris standards, which made the stay feel a bit cramped. That said, the staff were generally very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. On a positive note, I really liked the concept of the afternoon snacks — it was a thoughtful touch and something I genuinely looked forward to each day.Overall, a pleasant stay in parts thanks to the kind staff and nice extras, but with room for improvement in service consistency and room comfort.

Great location. Very nice and helpfull staff. The gave advise on the things to do, where to park (with hotel discount) nice restaurants etc…They made our stay in Paris very enjoyable!Additional benefit is that the hotel is part of the Astotel group and that as a Guest from one hotel of the group you can stop and rest (or use the rest rooms) in any hotel of the Astohotel group in Paris which was much appreciated by my wife and daughter.
Nothing to declare ;-)
Very well located, clean, quiet, very helpful and lovely staff. Highly recommended.
I really loved this hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming, very polite, and always ready to help. The energy of the hotel is amazing — it feels warm and comfortable from the moment you arrive. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well maintained. It is definitely worth the money, and I would be happy to stay here again.
We stayed a week in the Acadia hotel. The hotel is close to, though not in the immediate downtown Paris area. You can walk to the Louvre in less than 30 mins, but we were reluctant to do this walk every day, as we tried to preserve our energy for visiting the museums and monuments. This was not a problem as there are several Metro stations within 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel, so you can truly get anywhere you want quite easily and cheaply (2.5 Euro take you everywhere in Paris, including Versaille). The room was small but comfortable, and the free non-alcoholic minibar (refilled daily) was a great feature, as was the free snack bar in the lobby after 2 pm. The breakfast buffet (14 Euro, only 10 Euro if you reserve a day in advance) was varied and delicious and well worth the price, as you would pay that much for just a coffee and baguette outside. Our hotel did not have a gym, but apparently we could have used (for free) the fitness center in a sister hotel a block away, although we never actually got a chance to try it.
The single elevator gets a bit busy in the mornings, when the cleaning staff is also using it. Our room was a bit over-heated (turning down the thermostat did not help), but we solved that by leaving the window a crack open. A minor annoyance was the hidden camera TV program that played on a constant loop 24/7 in the lobby and elevator. Lastly, there is a hoard of restaurants in the hotel neighborhood but I am not sure there is a single one I would want to go back to.
the accommodation was perfect for our family of four, with the two adjoining bedrooms working really well… the soft drink bar fridge was included as were delicious pastries and nibbles on reception - great for hungry teenagers!! the staff were exceptionally friendly and polite and always greeted us with a smile
I can honestly say there was nothing I didn’t like - I would definitely recommend as a place to stay in paris for families
We had a pleasant time in Acadia Astotel, first of all the location is in perfect area with lots of restaurants and close to the subway station. And an incredible staff member :) everyone was so nice and kind and they always there for you if you need anything! ☺️
Nothing at all-
The staff - Michael, Naja & the rest of the team were exceptional. I’d mentioned I was coming there along with my two daughters & their partners celebrating my 65th birthday. When I went into my room I was surprised to see gold balloons and a sign saying “Happy 65th Birthday”.Also the facilities were very good - neat clean & tidy. Good mattresses, good pillows, enough hanging hooks, enough power points, the room was re-stocked with fresh bubbly water, plain water and Pepsi & Diet Pepsi - which was complementary. At reception there was an area where one could sit & relax with a chess set & coffee facilities (good coffee too) with some fruit, croissants, lollies etc.But the significant difference with anywhere else I’ve been is the service.Would totally recommend this place & when I revisit Paris I will stay here againRay
Nothing - all very good
Very comfortable room, very nice staff. Very good quality for price. Perfect location
Location perfect. Staff were amazingly fiendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were standard, but clean, Bathroom were new with large shower cabin.
Unfortunately there is some noise from teh street below.
Very well located. Very clean. Varied breakfast (for "only" 10 €)
Everything was perfect.
Excelent location, polite and proactive staff, snack bonus daily, access to other hotels in the Astotel group.
Room comfort.
Mini bar was renewed everyday without charge. The lobby area includes a coffee section between 2 pm - 2 am so there was always snacks available. The room was very clean. The surrounding area has numerous cafes and markets, close to Grand Boulevards metro station. Walks away from Opera, Galeries Lafayettes (though we walked until Notre Dame as well because why not, it is Paris! Pripr to coming, I had few questions (rather support requests related to business areas), Noemi at the reception was lifesaver. Quick and useful responses!
Nothing at all. We did not buy breakfast since we chose to eat at different cafe everyday for different tastes. Therefore I cannot comment on breakfast. But judging from the coffee menu, I would expect it to be good as well!
great location, complimentary minibar, lovely staff
Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is really nice and complimentary service(coffee, desserts etc) in the lobby is really good. Staff is really friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again.
Location of breakfast good. Coffee terrible. Fruit salad acceptable but not so much pineapple.
Coffee awful
Room and bathroom were clean and specious enough. Location is good, between Montmartre and city center/river, we pretty much went everywhere on foot.
I would only prefer if we were based on some higher floor instead on the ground floor, but we didn’t ask in advance. And it was ok, not loud.
