location: 3 minutes walk to the nearest subway station room is clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff. They gave great advice about using the metro in Paris. They had umbrellas to use when it was raining.

There were so many issues. I booked two bedrooms to treat my friends to a nice time in Paris. Their bathroom had ants crawling on the floor, and our bathroom had a potent sewage/sulfur smell! Completely disappointed. The rooms were cramped as well.

The receptionist/staff are helpful and approachable. It’s near the metro.

Yes, there was a construction or repair. I was so tired and wasn’t able to sleep well due to the banging noise.

The electricity did not work. There was a dirty coffee cup in our room when we checked in. We were placed in a room on the ground floor at first and it looked like a motel 6.

It was very clean hotel room and the staffs are friendly. They provided very helpful tips for my 3-day tour in Paris. The location is very convenient to travel around.

The only problem is that the room might be a little tight as a four-star hotel.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Probably closer to an 1 star hotel. 2 star hotel was much better than this hotel.

Close to the metro and shops. Friendly and welcoming Concierge. Late check out, so you don't feel rushed. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. The bathroom was modern and clean Loved the blackout curtains. Water, tea, coffee and soda including a bar fridge and a safe for valuables

Great location in Montparnasse with many restaurants within walking distance. A large underground parking garage is about a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making the stay overall pleasant.

The shower area leaks easily, so after showering the bathroom floor gets quite wet. This was the main downside of the stay.

The staff was friendly and wonderfull and the room was cozy and clean and well kempt

The fan/AC unit was very hard for Americans to figure out. The room is very small, and the walls are very thin so we heard lots of kids

Very small room, very noisy neighborhood and could hear guests, room had a musty door, sink did not drain well, had to retrieve our own cold water downstairs after the first night. Bookings.com did not send us a ride to our hotel as promised in our booking. Not cool…

Comfort and location

Too much noise between floors and rooms, you can hear building cracking and people from other rooms. Could not sleep due to that.

my room had slanted roof so it was difficult to guage size, not really a big size room - bear min space around bed only one time drinking water, mini bar and toiletteries even drinking water to be filled on your own from reception
