Best Western Au Trocadero

The location is the absolute BEST part about this hotel. It is right next to a metro stop, right next to Carette (best hot chocolate) and right next to the Trocadéro. Incredible view of the Eiffel Tower¿I highly recommend paying for the tower view!!

I loved it all. And the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable!! I was a solo traveler so it might feel a LITTLE tight to 2+ people, but that¿s not uncommon in Europe!

This hotel is in very close proximity to the subway station and Eiffel tower. Its pretty clean and the front desk personnel is very kind and obident.

With suitcases it was small. I always book a room with fridge because I have meds that need to be kept cold. I alerted the front desk day 2 that the fridge seemed warmer than the room. I was given ice and a promise someone would look into it but nothing.

Water took forever to get hot! Took 3 days to get extra pillows we requested.

Early booking, location, view, staff, receptionist from Moldova, everything was clean. Before stary I was worried about breakfast but it was tasty and sufficient

I was shy to ask for more coffee or juice during breakfast, these could be self service. Stay could be a bit cheaper.

Excellent place to stay. Close to train station and walking distance going to Eiffel Tower. Great breakfast! Anika she’s lovely she assist me through my holiday :) All staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I will recommend the place.

The room was different from the picture to reality.. In the picture was more bigger, different style, looks different when I arrived. But all in all it’s perfect afterwards. I booked double bed, it was lovely just the booking.com advertisment need to upadate the photos of the rooms atleast . No microwave inside the room , theres one you can use located downstairs kitchen.

Cozy, compact little hotel right next to the Eiffel Tower and mere steps away from a major metro stop. The staff was friendly and welcoming to a non-French speaker.

The shower is a bit small and cramped, but plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

The breakfast was goodwitha good selection of fresh food.

Sometimes the key cards did not work , but staff sorted it out quickly.
