- Location - Location - Location. The hotel was in the middle of everything. Right across from a Metro station. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was small but that typical to Paris hotel however bathroom was descent sized.

- The front desk woman (working from morning to afternoon shift) said "You booked for 2 adults. But you have a 5 years daughter. We can kick you out without giving you a refund since you reserved with NO REFUND." I had to pay 310 Euro extra for my daughter!
- Smaller room but not a deal breaker. Right on a main street so if you are light sleeper, you can get awake with the cars going on the road

The location was great
The location is perfect. Walking distance to Montparnasse and metro station literally outside. Room was a very good size for Paris. Plenty of shops and cafes in the area.
The shower wasn't great... the shower head was too big for the water pressure and so it was useless - needed to hand-hold the shower head for any decent coverage. Toilet seat was a little loose. Little things that we 'got over' and it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Very cosy atmosphere. The staff was amazing. Very comfortable room. The location is great, well connected to the metro and trains. The are classic bars and restaurants around as well as bakerys.

It is the best hotel i had. It is same with the photos from the website, and i truly loved the room because we hot the terrace which is really i am looking forward to get.I like the location and it is near the metro,cafes,restaurants,patisseries,and shops.

The bath didn’t drain well . The refreshments were not topped up and there was no milk. The cleaning staff tried to barge in the door at 830am , no knock or anything just tried to open door . I had chain on so they couldn’t gain access . View was looking into a wall.

Hotel was close to shops, restaurants and transport. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff were very helpful.

The location is the main selling point, excellent surroundings and very well connected. The metro is at your doorsteps. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well isolated from the outside.
Breakfast options were a little limited but it's okay for a short stay.
The location, just next to the entrance of Metro #4, and also quite a number of buses stop at the hotel. It's also close to Gare de Montparnasse where we travel west to Rennes for Mont Saint-Michel. There are many choices of restaurants around.
It's a compact hotel, room is not big but trade off for the location.

Tired small room. I asked for a double but it was made up as a twin. Only one very small window so quite dark.
