The shower flooded. It would be nice if the floor angle was higher to prevent water rolling towards the vanity area.

Comfortable beds and good lighting. Very helpful staff. Great location near metro resturants and walking distances from Gare Du Nord.

Bathroom door need force to close. Towel rack fell off the door. Maintenance work in room next door so a lot of really annoying banging from 9am onwards. Small room for three people.

We absolutely love this hotel! It is in the perfect location in Paris in our opinion. Easy to get to the metro and anywhere you want to explore in Paris. The staff are five star and the rooms are clean and well appointed. We have returned here more than 5 times we love it so much.

The room was spacious compared to other hotel in the similar pricing. Around the corners there is a fantastic boulangerie UNION! Lobby staff were nice but more like stiff hotel staff.

It was close to Rue Lafayette

The woman on the front desk was unwelcoming and accusatory that we hadn’t booked appropriate rooms. We were travelling with our adult children and wanted a room with separate beds for them which had been confirmed by booking.com.Clearly our room had been given to someone else and she tried to blame me for not confirming the booking (untrue) then blamed the error on booking.com.The fact that she was unpleasant made a difficult situation worse and we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable

Good quality for the price

Very old looking but it did the job. We were only there less then 10 hours and it was great.

Room is small, but a good size for Paris. Good location - walking distance to Gare du Nord, Monmartre, metro stations

In December, in the room it was a good warm temperature at the evening, but getting quite cold at the morning

1st room we were given was not made up. However, staff v apologetic for the oversight and quickly changed our room.

The location , the lift was a bonus . Comfortable bed , clean and tidy .

Bathroom was great and spacious but the bed seemed like the sheets had not been changed and they didnt smell fresh.

The room was comfortable and the location is fantastic. I booked without breakfast, but at this price point it should already be included in my honest opinion. Overall, I’d recommend staying here and I'd possibly come back.

The hair dryer wasn’t very effective — it took ages to dry my hair, so an upgrade would be nice. I also think some small touches like complimentary slippers and cotton pads in the bathroom would make the stay feel more comfortable. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The staff member that checked me into the hotel was very rude, however there was different staff member checking me out that was very nice.

Close to 2 Metro stations and Gare Du Nord. Nice quite hotel in a small street. The staff were very friendly and were happy to help. Ideal for a short stay close to transport. There are also some nice cafe's close by.

The room temperature is fixed to 23C. I prefer a cooler room. Opening the window helped but it was a little noisy at times.

This hotel was right where we wanted to be - very close to Metro so we could go anywhere we wanted, and plenty of cafes within walking distance. The room itself was very comfortable - yes it was small compared to American standards but for a room in Paris there was ample space. Front desk help was wonderful and friendly.

Disappointed - dirty place!

We arrived at this hotel and were initially pleased to have two connected rooms, perfect for our family of four. Unfortunately, our stay quickly turned into a nightmare. My daughter, who is severely allergic to mold, began experiencing terrible allergy symptoms. Upon checking the room, we discovered a large mold patch on the wall.We immediately contacted the front desk, and after their inspection, they moved us to different rooms. However, these were not connected, meaning our family would have to be separated. To make matters worse, when we went to check the new rooms, we found mold there as well. At that point, we requested a refund and left the hotel immediately.Because of this situation, my daughter felt unwell, and we lost an entire day of our trip trying to find and move to another hotel. Despite sending clear pictures of the mold, the manager repeatedly emailed me claiming it was not mold. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. We have stayed at this brand’s hotels in the U.S. before and never had issues, but after this experience, I would never return to this location.
