Perfect Paris. Great central location, 150m from a metro station, the staff were absolutely fantastic

Rooms were very clean. Staff was very welcoming and nice.

Rooms were extremely small. Bathrooms were barely big enough to turn around in.

The Hotel was charming on the outside & in an excellent location in Paris with access to various public transportation. The Inside was clean and well kept, with nice furnishings & decor. Front staff was friendly & helpful.

The hotel staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and that made a big difference for us. They helped with our many questions, calling us cabs, giving us directions to places and advice, even Euro phone chargers. Big thanks to Hotel Employees.

The hotel information could have made it more clear that the continental breakfast was not free. When we read that the hotel includes continental breakfast, we assumed it was free. But it actually cost 13 Euros. It's still worth it though. Great food!

The location was perfect, close enough to walk to all the attractions however also in a quieter location. There were lots of restaurants and bars nearby too.

Hôtel Folkestone Opéra enjoys an excellent central location in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, just a short walk from major attractions such as Palais Garnier, Place de la Madeleine, and the famous Champs-Élysées.The area is elegant, safe, and full of restaurants, cafés, and luxury shops. Public transport connections are very convenient, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.

Good location, nice staff, perfect comfy bed and pillows, not like in other 4-5 star hotels.

No early or late checkout, missing standard english breakfast - bacon, beans, mushrooms.

A small, boutique hotel in a great location - within easy walk to the Louvre, D'Orsay Museum, gardens, Opera House, etc. Great restaurants and shopping nearby, friendly and accommodating staff and great breakfast every morning. Great value.

The room was meticulously cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily, which we greatly appreciated.​The staff deserves special praise! Everyone was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful with all our inquiries, making our stay even more pleasant.​The room itself was cozy, featuring a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The sweet little terrace was a wonderful addition, providing a perfect spot for a morning coffee.​We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Bathroom is tiny tiny.

The hotel has a great location! It is situated in an area full of shops and restaurants, while in the evening the streets are quiet and safe. It has easy access to public transportation, but you can also reach many attractions by walking.The rooms are small, as is typical in Paris, but very clean and cleaned daily.The staff is exceptional! At the reception, we found polite, helpful, and warm people who make your stay truly enjoyable. Special thanks to Ghani and Farouq for their impeccable service and hospitality.

The soundproofing between rooms could be better.

The best there is yet. I always stay at Folkestone when visiting paris and it never ceases to amaze me. The location is perfect in the heart of paris and in walking distance to every major tourist attraction. The breakfast buffet, decor of the room, courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms is always excellent. Snacks and toiletries are always waiting for you, cleaning is always perfect and the beds are the most comfortable. I also love the art deco decor. I would like to thank the hotel for the interest and care it shows to its customers. Also, there is always an umbrella service for the moody paris weather :) In general, it's always a pleasure to stay at Folkestone. Thank you for everything.

I had a wonderful stay at the Folkestone Opéra Hotel. The location is excellent — close to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring Paris.The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and the reception staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage for a few days, which I really appreciated.

it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only suggestion is to improve the in-room entertainment by adding a YouTube app or smart TV features.
