The failed to put our reservation in their system and there was no room available upon our arrival.

Location is convenient

Staff can be quite rude. Asked me not to take morning breakfast to my room as this is against the rule. Additionally, having a friend come over after midnight is against the rule and the front staff was quite rude even when asking for utensils.

Hotel was perfect. However, price of two night stay decreased by almost 100 euro shortly after booking!

Check-in was GREAT. Location to where we wanted to be and go was perfect. Grocery Store and Laundromat just down the street - less then 100 Meters away was perfect for us.

We were a little late one morning to breakfast and most of the food was gone. I think it could have been a little warmer also. I mean it was good, but perhaps could have been better?

Great variety of items for breakfast. Location was great for us, very close to the Arc de Triumphe and Champs d’Elysees. Also very easy to hop on and off the Metro at Ternes. The staff were so friendly and really helpful when we had queries.

The room we had was a little awkward in shape but that just added to its charm!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Hotel was a 5/10 minute walk from the Arc De Triomph,Champs Elysees and Charles De Gaulle Etoile RER A station

Breakfast room is a little small and gets busy quickly. But plenty of food available with staff constantly clearing empty tables

The location , cleanness and breakfast was great.Even the staff at the reception where very cooperative and very friendly except for the guy during the night shift very unfriendly and mean. But the ladies and a Moroccan guy during the day where remarkable.

The breakfast room is small, and if the items run out, there are no replacements. The pastries were also poor. The receptionist was good. Overall, the stay was acceptable.

Me and my boyfriend arrived at 12pm and asked just to leave our bags until check-in, but the ladies were so nice and double checked if the room is ready, and it was. So we were able to go into our room from 12 that day. The breakfast was very good, it held a lot of French variety, the breakfast space is a bit small though, I recommend going early to make sure you get a space.

The room is badly sound proofed, we could hear everything going on outside our bedroom. The fan in the room made weird noises if it wasnt turned off. Our room looked into a terrace garden and there was a lift with glass windows, the people were able to see us if the curtains weren't over the windows.

Ideally placed for access to Salle Pleyel and the metro system
