no ice staff no wake up call wasn't wrote down by night staff. breakfast not until 7am noisy charged us more than agreed because of "city tax" only one person with luggage on the elevator at a time only one elevator took 35 min. for us to get to room etc

Staff was friendly.

The bed was low. There were no amenities, no conditioner, no washrag. The room was small, iron and ironing board available upon request. Housekeeping did not replenish water. Only 2 pillow, a third limp pillow in the closet.

The review rate will fool you cause it showing 4 stars. Very old hotel with low standard, very narrow room with no refrigerator and there is no space for luggage and baby bed you can't moving in the room. Basically, very bad experience

Location was decent, quiet street with good proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Wine and cheese happy hour is a nice touch. Close to Le Bus transportation for shuttle to airport.

No smoke alarm in room ( just outside in hallway), bathroom shower was difficult and dangerous to get in and out of. No fridge in room or ability to get ice in the hotel to chill beverages. Sheets and bedding were worn and rumpled...2 1/2 star maybe.

Staff in breakfast restaurant, room cleaner makes me uncomportable. Room was too small. Shower curtain in bath room was terrible.

The room comfortable, large enough to suit my needs. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location was ideal for my travel needs.

I thought the bathroom was small. It was difficult to manuver it at times. I thought the wifi was slow and spotty at times.

The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful from even before we got to the hotel, as they were happy to help with a payment issue. Helpful throughout our stay when our key didn't work a couple of times. And helpful when we checked out but they let us leave our suitcases there so we could still explore Paris for the day! Room was cozy and comfy, and we super appreciated the free coffees, teas and waters! Location was great and walking distance from Arc de Triomphe and even the Eiffel Tower if you go for a longer walk!

Location:Excellent location, Carrefour market just 20 meters from the property The hotel is within very short walking distance to 2 stations. Argentine and Porte Maillot are less than 5 minutes walkFor those who like to walk on foot, Champs Elyse’s is about 10 minute walkStaffVery kind, cheerful, polite and helpful The reception has a 24/7 coffee machine and water dispenser for free, a very nice option for an afternoon coffee which was really money savingRooms although small, yet very clean

The elevator is small and a bit slowPlease consider placing a small minibar in the rooms

The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy and convenient access.Overall, it was a good choice for a one-night stay, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming, always with a smile.

Compared to similar 4-star hotels in Paris, there were a few shortcomings.I believe it would have been better to provide at least two complimentary bottles of water in the room.The bathtub and bathroom sink could use polishing and better maintenance.I don’t want to be overly critical, but having only one pillow per person made the stay slightly less comfortable—two pillows would have been much better.There were no terry slippers or a bathrobe, which could significantly enhance guest comfort.Most importantly, sound insulation was weak, and even footsteps from other guests could be heard clearly inside the room.

The location is really convenient, close to l'Arc du Triomphe and la Defense. We rented a car to drive to Normandie and stayed in this hotel on our way back. It was conveniently located near the peripherique to head into and out of the city. The rooms were clean and they served a really decent breakfast!

The lack of English communication created avoidable misunderstandings, and I was charged extra fees that were never disclosed. The coordination between the receptionist, manager, and staff was also inconsistent.
