Hôtel Jardin de Cluny

The location and assistance from staff, especially with transportation issues due to strikes were greatly appreciated. In particular, we received outstanding help from hotel employee. Some of the other staff were not quite as fluent, so a bit less help there.

One small, but kind of important item- why is there NO electrical outlet plug in the bathroom? It was otherwise a nicely appointed bathroom. Also, one of the two outlets in the bedroom was in a strange location, which was on the floor by the door.

The location was very good.

The shower is dangerous. The tub is too narrow. The glass swings when you touch it. Air conditioner was browkeen for 2 of the nights. When we got to our room, there was a used wash cloth that was likely missed during cleaning.

Location, night life, comforrable bed.

A/C off due to being winter with no option to turn on, smaller room tham expected, and small elevator fits only two persons and 2 luggages.

Perfect location near Notre Dame and close to many metro stops. Room was a good size and very clean. Very friendly staff.

The selected room, a Deluxe King, was one of the best ever in Paris.

Breakfast offered is very complete but at -2 level so you feel like you are in the deepest recesses of a basement (not unusual in Paris). Practical and functional perhaps but unappealing when you can go to the corner and soak up the Paris experience.

The room was perfect clean and had everything we needed. Location so close to the core. So we walked everywhere. Hotel employee at the front desk is fabulous he was so helpful and has a great sense of humor. Will will definitely be back and recommend to everyon

Very clean, enough space in the room. Friendly staff. We did not experience breakfast.

Central to everywhere we wanted to see. All were walkable. Facility was clean but very typical of a boutique hotel. The elevator was so small it almost didn’t fit me and my husband and two small check-in luggage. We’re Asian so we are small too.

They tried to put us on the top floor at first but we had such trouble maneuvering the steps and the elevator we asked to switch to lower floor. The older lady at the front desk was not very nice about it.

Amazing location, clean, great breakfast, and thoughtful and attentive employees (especially Celia at the front desk who recommended many memorable restaurants and services) Thank you!
