Hotel 34B - Astotel

The staff were incredibly helpful and patient! The coffee offered all the time in the lobby was really good. The location was within a good walk to most things we wanted to see on our one night layover.

Street sounds echoed in our room until 4 AM. It made it difficult for me to sleep. Also  the heat was preset and was way too hot for us. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable with a great bathroom and nice big window!

very clean, great location. customer service excellent. nice non alcoholic minibar that was restocked for free every day. nice snacks and non alcoholic drinks available all the time. great lobby area to sit and socialize. room updated, storage maximized

The free snacks, drinks and the lounge are perfect for a short break while exploring Paris, the staff was super friendly.

We love that drinks and snacks are available any time so we can relax in a comfy chair with a cup of tea before bed.

Have stayed at this hotel before and love it. However this time there is as no hot water on our last morning

Location, facilities, staff, food. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was very clean and well equipped. I cannot rate it more highly.

I was admonished my a staff member-an older man-at midnight when I had gone down to the “free” drinks and snacks area to refill my water bottle. He told me there would not be enough water for the other guests. But they replenish the water all day and all night long so they store tons of water in the kitchen area. He was incredibly unkind and downright rude.

Wonderful location, can easy assess to Metro with 3 minutes walking. Good quality of breakfast and also free drinks and snacks.. The staff even gave me early check in at 11 A.M. really nice. Room is simple but has everything.

Appreciated location, mini frig, afternoon snacks at all astrotel locations, kettle, safe, phone, lights, 3 of 4 helpful staff, decent size bathroom & bedroom space & good temperature control.Suggestions would be much better quality mattress & pillows, mop floors between guests as mine was quite dirty on arrival, more dusting, get rid of decorative pillows that don't get washed, don't make guests do self-check in which is so unwelcoming, especially when staff is not busy. Facility shows plenty of wear & tear. TV only sometimes has news in English.

The hotel was really nice, welcoming staff and well located. Non alcoholic mini bar was free and there was also some drinks and treats in the common area downstairs.

my room was next to a service door which I believe was used by the staff early in the morning when they are doing the cleaning and it was very loud and woke me up every day.

In a great location

They need to pay more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, the bathroom in particular was not impressive you could see build up of dirt and dust in some areas

The snacks, breakfast, room, location

The shower does not close all. The snacks could have fruit and the breakfast could have more options. Also expensive for a 3 stars.

Location is close to Grand Boulevards metro station, so it is convenient to get around. Family room is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms and ample space for 4 persons.

Breakfast is adequate but wouldBe good if have some changes day to day.

Location was excellent and we walked everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and floor need to be upgraded but all in all the room was great and we enjoyed our stay

The bed was leaning downhill and the floors were uneven. Breakfast could use a little more variety and maybe be open a little earlier.

Security is poor , we sat in the hotel lobby and a thief managed to get in and steal a very expensive prada bag and phone inside it

The location. It very close to metro and there is a lot of restaurant and coffee around

The drinks were free... and there was a bar with free drinks and coffee in the lobby... The staff were very welcoming upon entering and exiting at all times.

The hotel's location was convenient for me because there were many restaurants nearby. However, I couldn't sleep due to the noise throughout the night from outside the hotel. I couldn't even open the window because of the noise. The carpet in my room was dirty and had stains.
