Hotel had bed bugs beware! We contacted them for a refund and did not hear back so were out of luck. Had to pay for a treatment for our condo when we returned.

Great location! Helpful staff. Ask for a back room away from the street. (We were moved at 2 a.m. at our request.)

On Friday night of our visit someone living nearby on the street decided to have a party with music blasting. Our room was to the front - glass not properly sound proofed. Staff moved us to a room towards the back. All good after that.

The location is great, easy to walk around , access to may area with many shop for food close by. Breakfast was nice and simple with cost 20EUR per person. Staff very nice and clean your room everyday

Room a bit small trhan expectation, can hear next door talking, open close the door. Lots of dust in the room even staff clean your room everyday but still can see the dust next to your bed.

The location and the hotel's recent renovation are super. The reception was very helpful with my requests. The breakfast was good.

No matter how many days you stay, they only provide one small bottle of water on the day of arrival, and it's not replenished daily. I've never seen anything like this, even in the cheapest hotels.

Location was the perfect for where we wanted to visit. The information on the website about things to do in the area was helpful. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect for business, and the room was genuinely comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Room was clean, location was very convenient, 3min walking from the metro. The hotel is renovated and very cute. Staff is extremely friendly. Martine was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful, she gave great recommendation. Will definitely stay here again!

The walls are thin so you can hear people in the hallway.

Small basic boutique hotel no big lobby no bar ..on arrival there was no robes in the bathroom disappointing plus the closet was extremely small no shelves to put our clothes only small niche to hung our jackets so we had to keep our clothes in the luggage!! Very uncomfortable to open our luggage each time we need something

Great location, near Opera Garnier. Room was big enough, clean and cozy.

You could provide more plates for breakfast, since we only had 1 plate per person for all the food served.

Perfect location, nice room, nice bathroom.

No full body mirror in our room (n.55) even I requested it and I was told that every room has one.

- The safe box does not work and is very old - There is no bathrobe and slippers in the room- The water was cold- There is no security, anyone can enter - There is no soap dispenser for hands - The TV doesn’t have any free channels - There is hair everywhere (room and bathroom)

The juice

Didn’t have any nice tea and the breakfast options were very basic.I got told the breakfast was included in the price I paid for the room and then when I checked out they charged me 40 euro for one mornings breakfast where we only had a glass of juice and bit of bread.

-Clump of hair in the bed and shower.-Water heater and air heater stopped working in the entire hotel, disrupted my shower.-I had to call to get slippers and a bathrobe.-Carpets needed to be vacuumed and cleaned.-Bed sheets had some stains.

The perfect location in the center of Paris! It’s a cute and cozy newly renovated property, with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are quiet and a decent, spacious size for Paris standards.

It was a quaint property and the room where we stayed was spacious enough. I loved the comforter cuz it was perfect to snuggle in bed.

There was some gnats in the bathroom and I reported it to the front desk.
