The location is in walking distance of everything. The staff is very helpful with making any arrangements for you. The internet connection was excellent.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It immediately made me at ease.

The room was cozy, bed was one of the best i've tried in my life and same for the pillow; Lovely staff and great breakfast included; room was so silent I've slept amazing, and not even a little dust

I'm very critical but i can't find anything i didn't like.

We stayed at Hotel Chavanel during our anniversary, the hotel is small and cozy, nothing too fancy, and central. The staff was very cooperative, and they arranged a small celebration for us as well, in addition to the complementary sweet and drinks of the day of our arrival. Totally recommend.

Cozy little hotel that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Staff were amazing. They asked if we wanted an upgrade which was free so it was nice. The little lobby place always had coffee, drinks, croissants and water that were complimentary which was great. They lock the front and back gate of the hotel at night which made us feel safe. There were nice cafe chops around and shops that you can look around.

Location was a bit far from most popular main attractions ( almost 30 mins) but we did walk to them after all. A bit tiny but that’s normal for european hotels. Rooms could be a little sound proof.

Standard room is too small for 2 person plus luggage . Upgrade to next option

Great location, good bathroom and shower.

1. the overall service was not good (sometimes really poor; most of the time there is only one hotel employee at the reception),2. the TV in our room did not work,3. the safe in the room broke (batteries empty!) with my valuables inside and I could not open it to get my passport, money or payment cards - it took two days until the hotel staff managed to open it, 4. the room was much smaller than I expected based on Bookings' description, and5. the breakfast room was too small and in the basement (contrary to the pictures posted on Booking.com).

Super location, right in the centre, but the street itself is very quiet. The room was clean. Small of course, but it’s Paris. Breakfasts are the same every morning but always balanced, tasty. Breakfast room was the size of a large room, if the hotel is full it probably won't always be convenient to do that

It would be nice to give a small sample of toothpaste to the bathroom kit, the first night I forgot to take it from home. And maybe a little more veggies at breakfasts would be great

We were returning to the hotel for the second year in a row.Great location, friendly staff, they accommodated an early checkin and later checkout at 1pm, plus we got upgraded to the suite.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable.Very good location, close to many buses and metro station and also at saint lazare station.The staff especially women were friendly.

The lift was slow.The sheets were a little bit dirty.The toilet is close to the bed in separate space of course but is not comfortable.

Generally great. Great staff members. Hotel is compact and cozy. Bed mattress and lighting was nice and comforting.

Room cleaning wasn’t done as expected and was inconsistent. Seems like which parts and how they clean depends on the cleaner or on the day.

We had a very good stay at the hotel. The location was extremely central, close to the opera and right next to the metro station. A clean hotel, with a good breakfast and very helpful staff.

The location is awesome. The coffee machine, the first day we went the machine was spoilt and they changed promptly. Although lift was small , but it served its purpose. I must really comment on the staffs, they are friendly, helpful and approachable. Bed was super comfortable and nice to have room slippers provided too.Prior to arriving, the hotel is very prompt in replying my messages too, I really appreciate on that part and it gives me more confidence .

- The drainage do choke up easily when I shower. It took a long time to drain. - The toilet and and the shower are "far away", I mean it is separated and not next to each other , they are opposite across the room from each other. - I arrived at night and I couldn't locate the hotel as the "signboard" is not lit. Luckily I remember the cage like seat they put at the front and I recognised that. The shop "Bolia" is bright! so I for the rest to the nights that is how I know I arrived !These are just some super small inconveniences . over all the stay is great !!!

Fantastic location, very good for metro connections, nice area for shopping and cafes, restaurants. Friendly staff and room cleaned daily, good quality bathrobes and towels. Perfect city break hotel.

The mattress was a little hard as the beds were twin connected to make double, and the shampoo in the bathroom is not great quality, there is also no hair conditioner.

I loved the location of the hotel and their honesty and trustworthiness. We forgot an apple watch and the hotel and they found it and informed us about it and we safely brought it back. Which for me was excellent.

We chose a small room but we got to see the bigger rooms and they were great with a small difference in the price. But this was our fault that we booked the small room.
