This colonial residence sits on Paris left bank of the River Seine, near the Place Denfert Rochereau and Gare Montparnasse. Villa Montparnasse offers high speed WiFi throughout the hotel and is free of charge. The guestrooms provide a bathroom with bath and shower. For your comfort, you will find a flat-screen TV in every room. The entire hotel is air-conditioned and serves a delicious breakfast every day. Nearby, you will find some of Paris exciting sights such as the Catacombes, Place Saint-Michel, the historic Latin Quarter and the lovely Jardin du Luxembourg. Charles de Gaulle airport is a 40-minutes drive from the hotel.

Pros +
- Manager and front staff were very nice as was breakfast attendant.
- Close to a major public transportation hub (train, subway and bus) which made it so easy to move around the city. Although far from the main attractions it was a nice and quiet neighborhood with shops, restaurants and markets just one street over.
- The location is great.
Cons -
- Rooms need work. Knobs loose on cabinets; bedside lamps wobbly (I fixed them myself);bathtub needs renewal. Showerhead no force; maid service did not leave enough towels & then took the soap out of room & did not replace. Nose tissues empty not replaced.
- Showers and rooms are a bit outdated but functional.
- The staff was either unknowledgeable or rude.
