Hotel Arc Elysees

Great location for shopping.

Rooms compact, not sure i was expecting it and we had a twin but both beds pushed up together, probably relating to the space available in the room.

Clean, comfy, great location. A little dated but in a nice way.

Shower wasn't great.

Great hotel with an excellent location.Very convenient area, cozy and comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A really pleasant stay — would happily come back again.

I love the staff..all very friendly and responsive..location are strategic..room is clean and superb comfortable..will repeat this hotel again

Close to the arc and such an amazing and welcoming staff. I liked the complimentary tea In the lobby. Rooms were clean, however they are small. Which I knew from the reviews but still so worth it.

Nothing. All was perfect here !

The staff were very welcoming and fantastic especially Mr. Amit at the reception and Ms. Andreea they have looked after us during our stay. We recommend this hotel to anyone who would love to discover Paris and be spoiled in the city center. We highly recommend it Thanks Amit and Andreea you made our stay wonderful

Good location, close to metro and champs, comfortable beds and excellent heating facilities for a winter break.

No complaints

Close to centre and all places of interest

Nothing. maybe a refill of coffee bags every morning (we stayed 4 days)

Location, staff, breakfast

Size

The location was undoubtedly the best part, only a 2 minute walk from champs Elyse. Staff were friendly and kind. Rooms were tiny but clean.

Rooms and bathrooms were tiny (although we did know of this before booking) but still way too tiny for comfort.

Definitely the service is the best specially many thanks to Ms. Andrea and reception Stephanie are great to assist, Andrea was taking care of us from A to Z for every detail and hotel was very cute, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast buffet was amazing also the location is very central. Very clean, convenient and comfortable stay

Very good hotel..staf really friendly and helpful..room hotel is very clean and very strategic location..will stay again

The staff is exceptionnally friendly My father stayed with them and they were taking exceptional care of him given his old age.

The rooms are on the small side

Location is exceptional. Compact and value for money hotel. Breakfast was decent.

Rooms are fairly small.

Very comfortable room. Excellent staff. Quiet location but close to dining and shopping options. Good home base for exploring Paris.

The location is excellent, very close to the Champs-Élysées. The room was clean and modern. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay.

The rooms are smaller than expected

Convenient central Paris location, off the Champs Elysees. Clean, comfortable room. Very helpful, polite and friendly staff.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Superb location, on a quiet street but close to the Champs Élysées, and as a result, close to so many other things! The room was fab, we had a lovely little balcony, and the shower was amazing. Genuinely couldn’t fault a thing.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Asked for a fan in the early hours of the morning and the reception porter helped immediately! The hotel itself is clean and very close to M1 metro line, which is great for getting around the city.

Fire alarm went off out 2am on first night and was told to go back to our rooms while it was still blaring? Air con unit didn't work in either room we stayed in. First room smelt like sewage and was told it was the air con smell. Eventually moved rooms-but only for third and final night.

The staff was lovely! So helpful and guided me on the metro system and directions to the famous sights! Location was perfect, right next to the main shopping street and Arc de triumph and metro! Had some great Middle Eastern food next to it as well :)
