Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, not far from Arc de Triomphe. The room was pretty spacious, it contained everything you need for comfortable stay. Room was clean, as was as the hotel. Bed was big and comfortable, spacious wardrobe. Big bonus was a cozy inside yard. We were very lucky to get early check-in.

Breakfast was a bit limited in options.

A very nice small hotel in a very good location with very friendly staff. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the quiet room.

There was fungus on the ceiling of the bathroom. The construction is very small , spaces were very tight. The sheets were clean , that’s a plus , toilette was clean , but I think the place can benefit from a bit of renewals.

The rooms were very small, and the floor made a lot of noise when walking. There was not beautifull view or scenery from the room.

Everything was excellent - the location, cleanness, comfortable beds, breakfast.

Perfect location for getting around Paris, just a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe — a top location! The staff were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. The room was clean, as were the towels and bed linens. Breakfast was good but quite basic. Everything was very clean. Considering the price, it was definitely worth it, and I would certainly stay there again.

The property is not brand new and in some areas it was a bit worn; for example, in the bathroom I noticed a tile that was loose and the sliding door was peeling due to humidity

It is the third time when I stayed here - near to the Arc de Triomphe and main attractions in Paris. Staff very friendly and daily cleaning. In my opinion this hotel is the best option for money value, decent quality and close to city areas, being well connected to public transport.

Perfect location, cheaper than many other options and honestly i felt we had exactly what we needed: a clean and simple place to stay, at excellent location (20min walking from Champs Elysee), open 24h.

If you are looking for a fancy place then this isnt the place. The place is clean and does perfectly the job but that isnt luxury/fancy hotel.

Good service, we arrived early and the room was already available. Friendly service. I could park the car in front of the hotel to drop our luggage. Clean room and nice to have a fridge and locker.

The room is alright for just a weekend but it is a bit small. If you have longer clothing you can not hang it anywhere because the fridge is in the wardrobe. Would have been nice if some hooks where placed to hang your coat.

So:- Location is great: 10 Min walk from Arc and metro - Value for money is good- Room look and comfort is good

The only thing that I disliked was a staff member who lied to me. I asked for 2 hours extra at check out and the guy told me that they cannot do it because the hotel is fully booked. Then I found out from another staff member that the hotel was not fully booked on that day.

Good location, pretty close to Arc de Triomphe, around 5 min walk from the closest metro stations and supermarkets. Clean, comfy bed, good shower. Breakfast was good - not a big variety but everything was tasty and sufficient.

The room was small (but it's expected in Paris) and had a bit awkward layout - the bed is almost totally blocking the way to the mirror on a wall next to the bed, especially if the window is open. But it might not be a big problem for a short stay.

Staff were nice,

Staff was very kind and helpful.I stayed in two different rooms over a week because the AC had to be repaired in the original room. The first room was a corner room and it was great; small but comfortable. The second room was too small.Location is good, with a number of restaurants and stores nearby, and a 10- to 15-minute walk to the Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station and Champs Elysées.Room had complimentary coffee, tea and chocolates at all times, which was nice to have specially in autumn Paris.

The AC didn't work very well in either room and the room got too hot at times.There was a lot of noise from cleaning staff and other guests, particularly the slamming of doors.

Perfect location, 15 min walk to the arch of triumph, very friendly stuff, clean, not that loud.

The only thing l didn't like was that breakfast was not that diverse, the same few options every day.

Location

Staff was not good. There was painting going on right in front of my room door. Was difficult to walk in the hallway. When we returned to the hotel at 11:30 pm, the main door was locked and staff was missing for 30 mins. Another guest helped us by calling the receptionist on phone. AC is central, you cannot change the temperature of the room.

I loved staying here. The staff are friendly and were very supportive and helpful when a taxi strike threatened to cause me to miss my early flight (which due to them and a fantastic driver, I didn’t). The hotel has an intimate atmosphere and is very clean and well located. Lots to access in the neighbourhood. There is a Michelin restaurant opposite. (I didn’t go.) The rooms are very comfortable including the bed, good lighting, blackout curtains and temperature control. There was a bath in my very nicely appointed bathroom. The light breakfast in the breakfast room is very good and there’s a small lounge area with tables in it also.

Public transport isn’t too straightforward but easy enough with inter-changing Metro lines. There was a little noise from people moving around other rooms and the stairs, but very quiet from the street. Small detail but the breakfast room could do with some soft morning music - no one seemed to be talking because everyone could hear you munching/your conversation!
