Unclean room, dirty bed, sewage smell in bathroom and promised me a refund to then refuse to give me said refund.

the staff spoke english and were super nice!

Would not stay there again.

Too small. Too expensive. Toilet ran. Too noisy.

Hairdryer is not working. There is no water in the room

The receptionists were lovely. The room had a big window/ balcony and a big window in the bathroom as well. It had nice views and a lot of light.

The bathroom was horrible. The toilet seat didn’t fit properly, the sink was almost unusable as it filled up with water immediately. There was a hole in the ceiling and water started leaking in the room. The door also literally had a hole in it.

The room was clean, even though the quality of materials was not the best, leaving the opposite feeling. It was confortable. It was located near stores and restaurants. I didn't choose the breakfast option, I cannot review that.

It was noisy.

The location is fantastic. Real Paris, but not touristic. All the staff people were very nice and helpful. The hotel is more old-style and funky, with a generally young atmosphere. I knew it in advance, and actually that's what I was looking for. The shower was clean, and that's more important than most things in a room for me.

Everything was as expected. Nothing to complain about.

Location was perfect. I really liked the area

The place is dingy and yet charming. It may be in the middle of a remodel.

Location and bed comfort. The hotel is surrounded by a nice neighborhood of immigrants which is nice and you can find nice shops there if you are looking for good price souveniers.

The bathroom window is quite large, allowing many other apartments to have direct view to it. Also, the toilet lid was broken and falling all the time, causing some small accidents.

Bugs and extremely hot

So many bugs, my room was infested with bugs. They gave you a mini fan and it barely did anything to cool down the room. Ended up sleeping at a friends hotel. Would not recommend

The location and staff was really good

Not enough lights, no air conditioner. There is a ventilator however too small like a portable one and even asking for an extra they refused. The shower does not work with as conventional and you have to press like a button. Its to HOT at least in the summer, not recommended if you are taller than 1,8m because of the low ceiling

Great location , easy access toRepublique metro station 200mts away .

Small rooms , very uncomfortable mattress , no AC or FAN in da room . Expensive breakfast.

The hotel have a great location. Everything was clean.The guy working the front desk Thursday night was super nice — made me feel really welcome!

It was comfortable close to metro links and in a nice enough area. Felt fairly safe at night

Our room was right next to the tiny lift which was very noisy during the night and the rooms were very susceptible to outside noise not soundproof at all

Good location.

Small elevator. Small hallways. No food or coffee.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very confortable beds. A tiny bit more cleanliness would make the hotel fantastic.

The location is great and easy to find after getting of the metro.

There is no fridge in the room, but the rest is practical enough.

Very Disappointed Electric sockets hanging out wall, triple single beds were dismantled bunk beds sharp bedheads, toilet seat broken told them but they didn't fix. Came back lunchtime told lift was broken engineer coming, but my daughter saw cleaners using it. In evening we asked if it was fixed and we're told it wasn't broken so they lied so cleaners could use it,!! ?!not happy as my mum had to walk up stairs very rickety Decor in hotel very tatty. It was quite disappointing no kettle on room tiniest bin you have ever seen very basic.

It was a very last minute booking as we decided to stay in Paris for one more day and the hotel was within our budget without breaking the bank. The room was very basic but clean; Good sized bathroom; the location was perfect with the metro and some restaurants very close by. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and comfortable if minimalist room. Very small ensuite and shower. Quite a small hotel and feels secure. The area outside is very busy and can be noisy even with windows closed, but that is the price of the excellent location
