Good price and near to Le Petlier subway station and about 1km walk from galleries La fayette with all designer tax free stores

Initially reception was very rude about going to the toilet before finalising the check in and clarifying crime in the area but after he had my money the staff attitude was good

Slight odor in corridor, but not in room. Would have liked USB plugs in room and a small fridge.

The breakfast is what we like best. It includes breakfast, so we don¿t have to go out and search. The croissants are fresh and tasty, the Madeleines are as good as the croissants.

The toilet was dirty, it seemed it had been cleaned, but did not do a good job.

The hotel was exceptional. From the moment you walk in you can feel the attention to detail in every aspect. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. We booked three rooms and each one felt special. The spa facilities were exceptional and the gym was stunning.

Design is great and brand new

Beds are incredibly uncomfortable!! Second time staying in this hotel and not sleeping well as the pillows are super cheap and mattress is not comfortable.

I absolutely loved the location — it’s perfect and very convenient. What truly made my stay special, though, was the staff. They were amaaaaazing: incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. That’s honestly the main reason I chose to return to the same hotel again.Lola and John were especially wonderful, and although I can’t remember everyone’s names, every single staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out and made my stay in Paris even more memorable ?

Really nice hotel, super comfortable beds, very clean and friendly staff. Service was superb! Only comment is we should be given new water every day in the rooms.

Excellent customer service.They give you a drink when you arrive, explain everything and bring you to the lift.Just great friendly vibe Which is a credit to the staff!

Great location. Sauna was inclusive , is private and was extremely relaxing.

I never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide body lotion/ moisturizer. I didn’t get any even after requesting for it. This was a surprise and the only thing I didn’t like about the property.

After considering several hotels in the neigbourhood, I booked a room (Superior Queen, 1 person, 1 night) at the Faubourg Galant Paris hotel. Unfortunately, it turned to be a very bad decision:Having a confirmed reservation, on-line check-in done the day before and a reply to the hotel's inquiry about the hour of arrival sent that morning, I reached the hotel at noon. As the room was not ready yet (check in starts only at 2pm, so nothing unusual), I left my luggage at the hotel and went to discover Paris.However, upon my return to the hotel around 6.30pm, the receptioinist welcomed me with the news that due to "water and electricity problems in my room" and with the hotel being fully booked, I have to move to another hotel... She even pre-arranged for me one belonging to the same chain and pushed me to quickly accept it, promising a taxi to drive me there.As the suggested hotel was ca 500m further away from the city centre (close to Gare du Nord), rooms were smaller (14m2 instead of 17m2) and the review score much lower (8.1 comparing to 9.1),I preferred to book one of the hotels I had considered initially. That meant, however, to do it myself and the promised taxi drive was suddenly off the table too...In short, after cancelling my booking for reasons quite hard to believe, putting me into stressful situation, taking ca 1,5 hours of my time, and thus ruining my (only) evening in Paris, the 4* hotel Faubourg Galant Paris was not ready to make at least a courtesy gesture of ca 10 EUR worth taxi drive...Personally, I expect from a 4* hotel a better service. Much better.

It felt like home away from home. Clean, nice decoration, fantastic breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

The location in the 9th Arrondissement is excellent. Close to metro stations and lots of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and kind. The room was nicely furnished and clean. There is also a really nice breakfast buffet. We will definitely stay at Hotel Faubourg Galant Paris - Handwritten Collection on our next visit to Paris.

The breakfast was amazing and tailored to what you wanted each day with a choice of buffet and amazing coffees.

I advised the hotel we were celebrating a birthday and with the price and star rating I thought a small touch to the room or complementary drink would have been nice. Hotels of lower ratings have done this for us in the past and it makes you want to go back more.

Location was good. Central and near a train station. The staff were all friendly.

The room is really small. Smaller than what was expected. Barely any space to put a small suitcase. There was only one functional lift available at the time we went. This means when there are a few people wanting to get on it, it takes a while to get any where.

The location was amazing, walking distance from most places you'd want to see in Paris, while not being very crammed and touristy.The staff was super nice, Joao and Cecille went above and beyond to be helpful at the reception and during breakfast.
