Location is good, easy access from Gare De Lyon

The heater is less optimal, it is bit cold in the room

The staff was very nice, and quick to respond to inquiries. We had a minor issue with a heater, and got a tech to check it out, and solve the problem in a matter of minutes. The hotel is well located, close to transports, restaurants, and lots of shops. The rooms and kitchen are well furnished and great for a short stay, up to a week.

We went in the winter and the central heating was turned off. We had to use an electric heater to warm the room. This works well but dries up all the air in the room too, which is not good. Despite their appearance the automatic doors outside do not work automatically, so we had to ring and wait outside every time, which can be annoying.

I like the location of the property. Not far from the city center— taxi or Metro close.I like Bercy Village, choice of restaurants, a grocery convenience store.

Location is great, right next to a very nice bakery and just a few steps from Bercy Village restaurants and shops

The dryer ( in laundry room) did not dry our clothes at all! It was a complete waste of money. Laundry service should be available at no cost to hotel guests

Air conditioning was amazing for our 1 week trip to Paris. Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel since we were out exploring.

The water temperature in the shower wasn't consistent. They probably need to upgrade the building pump so there's consistent water pressure.

Very clean place, friendly and very helpful staff, strong wifi, great location with supermarket, metro station and restaurants.

The location was great,safe neighborhood,so close to metro station and great bercy village bars and restaurants just under your nose. I truly recommend the place.

This Aparthotel is definitely well located. Very close to shops and restaurants at the Bercy village and right next to the metro station so easy to navigate

Proximity to 14 Metro Line, Bercy Village, The Seine. A very convenient base for shopping the Paris fleas and vide greniers.

Staff was slow, not very good at communicating, the breakfast was overpriced. The sink was clogged in our room. we asked to get it fixed and came back after a long day it was still clogged. The beds were stiff. We took a loss and went across the street to a real hotel. There are no clean towels for 4 days.

Clean, well appointed room. The kitchenette was fully functional with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. The location right next to Bercy village was great as shops and restaurants 2mins away. All in all a very positive experience!

Spacious. Friendly helpful staff. Good location for the purposes of our trip to Paris. Also easy metro journeys and local taxi rank close to the hotel to get into the centre of Paris. Close to a pick up location for Paris City Vision tours. Bercy village right outside with great restaurants, and a cinema. Local Cinema museum was very good. Overall very good.
