The location was great right next to the Raspail metro stop. Great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. We did not use the breakfast buffet.

Extra small lift

The hotel’s main advantage is its location. It is within walking distance of the metro, which is convenient for getting around the city. The area itself is quite nice and calm, with a few good-quality restaurants nearby. Aside from the location, however, there was nothing particularly remarkable.

Despite booking a larger room, the room was still quite small and uncomfortable. The room was extremely cold and could not be properly heated. During our stay, both my spouse and I caught a cold due to the low temperature. The electric heaters provided were ineffective, and one of them did not work at all.The air conditioning was insufficient and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.The open buffet was very limited. During our one-week stay, the same food was served every day with almost no variety.Cleanliness was also below expectations. Our bed sheets were not changed even once throughout the entire week.Overall, apart from its location, the hotel was disappointing and we would not choose to stay here again.

Close to subway and restaurants

Heating problem. Building isolation is really bad. Rooms are very very small. Not worth for the money. We had to check out one day ago. Our son got sick because room was so cold.

Lethal lift exit as I came out backwards with my heavy suitcase and was within 1 cm of falling backwards down the stairs. And there was no point in the first floor lift as I then had to use stairs.

Great location. Very convenient to two Metro stations and the RER. All staff were helpful and kind. Rooms, to include beds, were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Location is close to Luxembourg garden and 30 mnts walking to all major attractions of the city

After we paid 340 euro PER NIGHT on booking, after arrival they put us in the room for disabled people located on the ground floor. Just in front of the reception and one 100 years old window in front of the Raspail street. So basically you feel like you live on the bench in the lobby or on the street. You hear everything, guests complaining at reception, the clatter of cups and plates at breakfast, which, surprise surprise, is also served right opposite the reception desk. First receptionist promised to change the room next morning for us, but next morning we were greeted by new reception who said he can’t help us as they are fully booked. Nobody is ready to help, nobody is ready to compensate by some even small gesture the impression of getting 1 star room for 340 euro per night. They had no fridge and no cups in this room. What a blessing that we booked this hotel for 2 nights as we safely escaped from this greedy hotel to another cozy 120 years hotel which is 150 meters away at the 3 TIMES lower price.

Loved our stay, the room is very small if with friends even if twin beds they are right beside each other Also know this is common in Parisian hotels

Really nice design.We were on the 7th floor and it was super quiet at night.The lady at breakfast is absolutely amazing!Location is great, next to metro and lots of nice restaurants and bars around as well!

Reception staff is a bit weird, I guess they don't like to speak English. Not very helpful.

The staff were great a day we liked the relaxed area that was close to the train station for when we had to leave.

Needed a small fridge so things could be kept cold.
